Lightweight design and small size are useful, especially when space is limited. Build quality feels slightly cheaper than I expected, though.

Bought an air humidfier circulation fan. i used it for the first time it worked fine then i turned it off and could not get it to turn on again no matter what i did. I tried different outlets usb wall outlet, usb on pc, usb hub and it refused. It actually started to smoke which was worrying so i unplugged it. No safety kite mark, not UK made not sure how this passed any safety inspection. Avoid.

Very disappointed with this company , I bought a blade fan off them , it took forever to arrive and once unboxed it only worked for about 2 mins abd then completely died , sent emails to the customer support but no reply , would never reccomend buying of this terrible company again

Do not order from this company, my order for an air con unit has not arrived and the company are ignoring my request for an update, they have basically stolen my money.

Scam website. Order placed, months ago, still no product recieved. cannot contact the company, or get any reply from the email address on their website. Avoid this company!

I paid £179. in July. I have never received my item Air Con.NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I Managed to get my money back from the bank,
Which magazine sent me a warning months ago with five other scams.
DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
I have started receiving emails again telling me my order is on its way. I have put a block on my phone to stop conact.

It's a scam website and should be taken down in the UK. I ordered an air-conditioning unit like other people who have written reviews on here.. nothing showed up emails bounced and I managed to get the cash back 45days later. I used an app called "klarna" thinking money can instantly be pulled back similar to a credit card big mistake.. highly unlikely I'll use that "klarna" service again either. All the evidence it was clear "Picadex" was fraudulent but "klarna" insist on waiting to see if any items show up.. Avoid both.

Terrible company, still awaiting delivery on item ordered at end of June. Regularly receive emails saying item on its way but having delivery issues. Same email but just different next update date. Do not use this company, it's just a scam

Don't order anything from this company. I placed an order on 9th July and still havent received it on 24th August. I have tried to contact the company, by phone leave a message and we'll call you back. They dont, tried buy email 3 times now still no response. I even tried on their website and still nothing. Ive lost £40 with this company and have no way of getting my money back. Don't fall for the same scam.

i ordered a product over 40 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. The phone number for customer services takes you to a WhatsApp that doesn't work. I have emailed them several times and they haven't responded. I am £200 down and no product

Shocking - scam! Placed an order in good faith for two small air con units when the weather was first extremeley hot back in May - order no #66122.
Order hasn't arrived & no communication from Picadex despite reaching out to them several times for a refund.
Appalling rip off!!!

The company presents itself as UK-based and claims to offer next-day dispatch from its UK warehouse. However, they are actually based in Hong Kong and take considerably more than 24 hours to dispatch items.

After several attempts at contacting them (via phone and email) I gave up and filed a fraud complaint with my credit card provider, who were then able to reverse the transaction.

The only reason that I am not calling Picadex a complete scam is because the item I ordered *did* eventually arrive and the quality seems decent. However, you cannot lie to your customers like this, so I don't feel bad about the reversed charge.

I've had the same experience as many on here. Suggestions that goods were in stock in the UK and ready for dispatch (so paid a premium price on that basis), bounce back on emails to their customer support dept, tracking numbers from China, takes days to respond to queries when they do actually bother to respond, agreement to refund and then not doing so..... This company are by far the worst i've ever had the displeasure to deal with and the only hope is that they go out of business

Whatever you do, I implore you, do not purchase anything through Picadex. It’s beyond a recommendation at this point **

I ordered a small bladeless fan which was advertised as being silent and suitable for use in bedrooms and on desks. First of all, delivery took ages, probably stuck on a boat from China. My main gripe with it is that it is very NOISY! Even on setting 1 it hardly generates any airflow and is so loud that it is totally unfit for purpose.
I have emailed customer service countless times for a return label and a refund but apart from one AI generated reply which did not deal with my query at all, I have had no responses. I will be reporting the company to the consumer protection bodies in the UK if I don't get my full refund immediately as this is totally unacceptable. I want to get rid of this awful device and I want my money back. My advice to anybody considering purchasing from Picadex: do not touch with a barge pole or you will be wasting your money!

Ordered a ac unit for 24hr delivery 3 weeks went by and no contact. Didnt a charge back and got my money back but with the tracking number its still out for delivery since june its now halfway through aug. Scam company avoid
