Okay, to be fair, these guys are fast. I ordered on a Sunday and received it by Friday from Florida to Idaho! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality I received. However this is a trial by error circumstance. The whole purpose of ordering a metal print is to get that popular "shiney" surface that makes the photo "pop". When using the ordering process there is no finish to choose, however, the description of the product is deceiving. It states sophisticated "gleaming" finish and a "lustrous" visual effect. The product I received is neither of those. Mat finish would be accurate but not what is described. Disappointed and still looking for affordable glossy print on metal.

I tried a metal print by Picanova based on a recommendation of a friend, and was impressed by the speed of processing and quality of the result. This is an excellent operation. I am not sure if II will using a lot of metal prints, but I am delighted to have Picanova as a printing option.

Your company responded to my email and pictures and immediately got back to me. They notified me to let me know that they were sending replacement prints.
