Es una estafa te dicen que tw van a cobrar 10 céntimos y te cobran 49 no tienes ni usuario ni contraseña para poder seguir usando la supuesta suscripción que además no se sabe por cuánto tiempo va hacer es organización criminal de lavado de dinero

Es una estafa en toda regla. Te cobran 49 euros sin enterarte de nada y cuando te das cuenta ya no puedes retroceder el cargo. Entras por una imagen que dicen ellos que vale 0,10 y resulta que es la comisión. Te quejas y te dicen que como mucho te devuelven 24,50. Total muy mal

Went on a passaport app and the test was 10p for the photo instead they tried to charge me £13 I refused! Few days after by bank has send me a question if I recognise a payment subscription of 49,99 I didn't abd my bank immediately cancel my card and sent me a new one , so be awear of some photo app

If I could leave zero, I would. Like others, I approved a 0.10p charge to download a report. I never signed up with an account, they automatically create one and send you a password. This is important, because it's the only way you can cancel the £49.90 MONTHLY subscription!

Yes, £49.90 was taken from my bank, without consent, less than 24 hours later. I didn't subscribe. It didn't warn me, or ask me to subscribe. It didn't ask for anything more than an email address and I paid on Apple Pay.

Their terms and conditions do not cover UK pricing. It covers USA, Canada and Australia, each with their own clause. There is no UK pricing.

The ask you to contact them with more details, which I did and now the responses have stopped. I am repeatedly asked by AI for my name, which I never filled in and for various digits on my bank card, which I won't send, besides its cancelled.

It's important to note there are several non-legitimate companies linked to this scam - Pictoart, Phone Look Up, Phone Look Up Numbers, Pixgenie.net, joinchargeback.com, commpeak.com, reverselookup.com, Claritycheck.com.
The latter is a sponsored ad by Google, which I've reported.

All of the above businesses are registered (on their websites) to an address in Madison Avenue NY.

I've contacted my bank, cancel and freeze my card and remove any monies from my account.

Read a review warning that they take £49.99 a few days after using. Lucky I read previous reviews warning that they do this. Blocked them from any further payments once I made the initial one.

I note that 100% of the reviews are 1*. I was also the target of this scam in the same way as others,. paying 10 pence and then an attempt made to charge a "subscription" of £ 49.90. Fortunately my bank picked it up, contacted me and has blocked this fraudulent company.

SCAMMERS!!! 1 star because there’s no 0 star option.. stay away, they took your credit card info claiming they’ll charge only 10 cents then they steal $50 from your card the next day. SCAMMMM

I got to website brought up by Google in my search for passport photos and they said the tests cost $0.10 So I took three tests and they didn't mention anything about charging for downloads.They didn't mention that they would charge other fees. For a test, I thought 0.10 cents was fair, but then came the surprise that had fallen for a SCAM. I paid with Google Valet and to my surprise they charged me another $49.90 on the credit card associated with my Google account. They were dishonest. I didn't give a zero because that option isn't available in the rating system. I hope to resolve this with my bank and cancel the payment.

They are scam they cut 49.90euro from my Account without getting a permission.

This is a scam, I got charged 10p for a reverse number lookup which never provided any details then today they tried to take £49.50 twice, fortunately my bank stopped it but I have now had to cancel my card and order a new one causing a lot of inconvenience to me

Scam!!! Said it was free then charged 10p for free trial. Then tried to take £49.99 but bank stopped it. Have had to cancell card to stop subscriptions. Waiting for new card.

I used phonelookup.co for a one-time phone lookup costing EUR 0.10. Shortly after that, two small test charges of EUR 0.10 appeared, followed by an unauthorized charge of EUR 49.90 via Visa.
I never explicitly agreed to a PRO subscription or a recurring charge of this amount. The upgrade to a paid plan happened automatically and without clear, transparent consent.
After canceling the subscription immediately, customer support kept sending automated replies requesting verification details instead of addressing the issue or explaining the charge properly.
This looks like a classic subscription trap:
very low entry price
unclear trial conditions
automatic conversion to an expensive plan
poor or evasive support responses
I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.
Be very careful when entering your payment details on this site. Always check your bank statements closely after using it.

Never use this company. It is a con. They charge you 10p for the first picture and then charge you £49.90 a few days later for nothing more and without your consent.

Scammers! Charge 10p then take £49.90 with no warning whatsever. Also your bank says Picaura but the site is called Pictoart - you have to login there to cancel the subscription. Stay away from these thieves. Worth contacting your bank to recover it.
