When the wrong coloured paddle was sent to me, the company rectified the mistake as soon as I rang them and I received my new paddle in plenty of time to get used to it before the Ulster Open 2026, plus a postage paid label to return the incorrect one.

Well packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend. Also had the immense pleasure of meeting Harold in Portugal. Super person and a brilliant teacher, talent oozes out of him!
