As you mentioned, you placed your order 8 days ago and you still did not receive your product.
However, as mentioned on our website, shipping usually takes about 8-9 working days, which means you are still within our Shipping time window.
We do our best to prepare and ship our products in the shortest time possible, however, due to the Black Friday and of course the Pandemic, it's getting difficult for the shipping companies to keep up with the timing.
Additionally, you did not even contact us via Email or Whatsapp to ask about your order before making this, completely unnecessary review.
In any case, we thank you, as you are giving us the opportunity to explain what happened to other customers, who I'm sure will understand our point.
