I goofed and mismeasured the painting

I goofed and mismeasured the painting, so frame was wrong--My Fault. But pictureframes.com graciously agreed refund the purchase price--and i ordered a new one with the correct measurements. That's amazing service!

Incredibly slow fulfillment

Incredibly slow fulfillment. The product is fine, but the whole process took weeks, should have taken days. You didn't even process my order until a week after I placed it, then I got a steady series of "shipment delayed" messages.

Missing Frame

I ordered my frame a month and a half ago, I was not expecting this turn around time. I am STILL waiting. IF you order a frame from here, expect it to take FOREVER.....
