Ordered parts that were on back order
Ordered parts that were on back order. Offered the option to cancel and refund but on the day of cancellation the parts had been dispatched. Parts were returned and a confirmation email received asking if the parts should be resent or refunded. Asked for a refund and then received an email to say they hadn't received the parts and wouldn't refund. Fortunately paid with credit card who refunded the money.
Very poor service and not trustworthy which is a shame because I've always owned KTM and they should be focused on retaining what diminishing custom they have left!
