One of the most awful companies in Lithuania. Not even mentioning anything about their "Marketplace", where Chinese junk is being sold. Awful customer assistance as well, with beautiful messages far away from the essence of the issue, way too long waiting times when a faulty item arrives (30+ days to wait for an answer at all), and refunds taking up to 14 days. Don't buy expensive items from them and do not pay upfront in case you still decide to take a risk.

The worst place to buy something. First time i bought one thing, but they started to put delivery date further and further, finally i didn’t get it at all. They gave me virtual pigu money as a compensation, but… actually you can use them only for product which were imported by pigu, and this means that you can’t use whatever you want. Plus, you can’t spend all these money per once, you can pay only small part using them. And, yes, these money valid only limited time. Worthless thing.

Now i bought again, and… same story, again delivery date was pushed further. Worst place to buy something!!!

Selling forbidden items in Europe

If you're ever in the Baltic states and decide to make an online purchase use Amazon, Aliexpress or whatever marketplace, BUT keep away from Pigu.lt!!!
They position themselves as the Baltic's Amazon, but this is the worst marketplace and Customer Service you will ever experience.
They advertise their products online with tons of lies; it looks great online, but when you receive the parcel, it’s clearly a piece of SH*T that looks nothing like the pictures, and the materials they listed online are definitely nowhere close to the truth!
But the best part begins when you're trying to return it... They ignore you completely, they keep sending you automated emails and when you trying to call them they simply say that some kind of a special department is reviewing your request and you will never get the answer. So STAY AWAY from Pigu.lt if you don't want to lose your money, time and and sanity.

prekė vėluoja jau trečias mėnesis eina. Nieko neatsako ar paskutinį kartą nukelia pristatymą. Susikalbėti neįmanoma.

During the purchase delivery stated to be for 2-5 days, and when you purchase they send you a message that you will receive your stuff after a month

Pirkau kompiuterinį stalą. ( užs. nr. 117472331) Užsakymą atmetė, nes tiekėjas neturi prekės. Tai kam parduodate prekes, kurių neturite? Jei tiekėjas nevykdo savo padravimų, kam dirbate su jais ?

Pirkau monitorių. ( užs. nr. 123126046) Pardavėjas buvo nurodytas pigu.lt. Taip pat nurodytas greitas pristatymas. Maždaug po 2,5 savaitės užklausiau, kada bus išsiųstas monitorius. Gavau atsakymą, kad užklausė tiekėjo, kai gaus atsakymą, duos žinoti. Praėjo dar savaitė, atsibodo laukti, teko atšaukti užsakymą. Tai vėl parduodate prekes, kurių neturite?? Ju nurodytas tiekėjas pigu.lt šiuo atveju :)

Pirkau dar kelis produktus, tai tie buvo įvykdyti be problemų, todėl skiriu 3 balus.

The site is easy to navigate, everything is neatly categorised, and the search function works well.
I have ordered 20+ products from them and, barring two exceptions, they arrived in good packaging and exactly as promised - brand new and pristine.
Customer service is good via email, pleasant and prompt.
And it's called cheap for a reason, most of the time their products, when compared to other online stores, are among the cheapest.
Pigu.lt is my go to website for online shopping.

Great for buying products, But the customer service is absolutely awfull. All of the employees are always super rude, you get very lucky if you get one employee that actually talks to you like a human being

Sometimes ok, sometimes not ok. Quite often they deliver as fast as possible, but sometimes it's like 2 or 3 weeks, and then they say that it not available for sale and return money.

Kartais gerai, kartais blogai. Dazniausiai jie pristato siunta per 1-2d, bet buna atveju, kai lauki 2-3sav ir po to pranesa, jog nera tokios prekes prekyboje. Pinigus grazina greitai.

Apgailėtini perpardavėjai nesugebantys vykdyti garantinių įsipareigojimų. Scam!!!!!

Everiting went wrong! I did wait for my delivery, for a 2 months. And they just cancel it! If U don't have a thing don't sell it!!!!

terrible cuystomer service! i ordered something and it says will arrive next day - tomorrow, I called them and asked where is my parcel, the answer was the earliest after a couple of days. so why do you allow ordering for the next day if you are not capable to ship on time???!! worthless shop...

The order was placed on January 4th, it did not arrive, then it was postponed until the 11th. and I still haven't received the delivery.Was supposed to be next day shipping.

Where is it? I was told it had already been shipped but I have not received any tracking numbers or notices from DPD.

The website still says in progress.

Very disappointed with the communication.

Užsakymas buvo pateiktas sausio 4 d., neatvyko, vėliau atidėtas iki 11 d. ir vis dar negavau pristatymo.

Kur tai yra? Man buvo pasakyta, kad jis jau išsiųstas, bet aš negavau jokių sekimo numerių ar pranešimų nuo DPD.

Svetainėje vis dar rašoma -Uzsakymas vykdomas.

Labai nusivylęs bendravimu.

Terrible money collecting store, same as scammers they sell picture take your money, changing delivery dates to next month and then cancel your order. AVOID

very good store almost everything i have is from here delivered and not broken. I dont get why everyone looks down on this site. Recently bought a chair from here it came faster then expected and in perfect condition

Full of fake Asian products with mediocre quality! Their customer service is also very poor. Tried to get some decent Samsung protective glass but I ended up receiving a product with very bad quality. later on they refused to replace it claiming that I should have read the description before the purchase!!
Highly unrecommended!
There are better online shops.
