I ordered a spine corrector (Basi) . It took awhile to arrive due to shipping issues. But the owners were very helpful to get it resolved, and it’s such good quality . Can’t wait to use it !

Ordered a Peak Pilates Chair from Pilates Matters. The product is sturdy and well-made.

The Elina Pilates Reformer from Pilates Matters is a solid piece of equipment.

This is a spammer. The bought a bad email list with names of past employees from over 10 years ago, emailed them without their permission and when you the main number you get a voice recording. Sending emails to deceased employees is not a way to gain my trust. Buying email lists and spamming people is against the law. They should read the CAN/SPAMM act passed by our US congress.

Recently purchased a Merrithew Ladder Barell from Pilates Matters. The variety of accessories they offer is quite impressive. A sales rep recommended this particular model, and it has been a good fit for my needs.

I purchased the Elina Cadillac Reformer. It arrived within the time predicted, carefully packaged so that everything arrived in great condition. The reformer is very well built…my instructor came over to look at it and was very impressed with the quality. While the pieces are numbered to help with assembly, there were no instructions included. The YouTube video we found was made in 2000 and didn’t include some changes which have been made. This would be the only criticism I would have…otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase and feel that I received great quality at a reasonable price.

Sol from Customer Service was very responsive about getting missing parts to us.
He communicated well with us from order of the Pilates chair all the way to delivery.
The chair is beautiful and we are very happy with its quality.

Ordered a variety of Pilates accessories from Pilates Matters. The products are good, but the varied shipping times for different brands was a bit confusing.
