We can assure you that these are the authentic IHG hotel pillows, sourced directly from the manufacturer. As noted on our product pages, the manufacturer has recently updated the tags, and the King size no longer includes an orange tag.

Regarding quality, these are the same pillows used in IHG hotels, but new pillows may feel slightly different from those that have been used in a hotel setting due to natural wear over time.
