Just not the same.

I took a picture of a pillow we loved at one of the most recents stays at a hotel and it led us to this site. I ordered 2 very expensive pillows based on the tag and now that we have them and used them, they aren’t the same.

Pillows are not the same as IHG hotels

Pillows are not the same as IHG hotels. Very disappointed. Very uncomfortable so I don’t use them.

We can assure you that these are the authentic IHG hotel pillows, sourced directly from the manufacturer. As noted on our product pages, the manufacturer has recently updated the tags, and the King size no longer includes an orange tag.

Regarding quality, these are the same pillows used in IHG hotels, but new pillows may feel slightly different from those that have been used in a hotel setting due to natural wear over time. No problems but keep getting emails and was only trying to verify receipt, but it looks like you insist on this. That part I don’t like. You don’t need to post this, but please don’t force people to reply to these when a simple rating should be enough.

Pillow quality was terrible

Pillow quality was terrible - small and had fumes they promote aren't there. The "silk" pillow cases are polyester and not what they advertised. Total scam. When I asked to return them, they tell you to ship them back to China. It will cost the same as the refund so no one will bother.

I tried to return the pillow

I tried to return the pillow, but was told to wait until after the holidays! The offices were closed until I believe they said the 6th if January! So now I need to know how to return the pillow & receive my refund!! Please help me with this, it’s been a long time!! I am very disappointed in the pillow! Thank you, Alberta Derber 1/10/25

Scam alert

Bought on 26 October 2024. Was informed it was processed on 28 October. Since then nothing. Emailed the company on 16 November and was told they would investigate. No feedback. The tracker from the courier says the package was delivered in 2022!!! This is a scam. Stay away !!
