Terrible firm to deal with

Terrible firm to deal with. Cannot return it as the seal on the plastic bag has been broken. How can you check it without removing it from its wrappings ? Nothing anywhere to say you cant return if you remove from package. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Disgusting how they treat customers.

Not getting anywhere with this firm…

Not getting anywhere with this firm they want to know about this firm, they stated sorry for me for not getting with them (pillows) i only ordered one also there was No
Hygiene label in the box only my invoice, also you stated your return policy you do not accept then back once opened you have to open the box to have a look as as i have stated the pillow was not in a bag or you could have wrapped it up in Bubble wrap so the pillow was already opened when it was put in the box. You should make new rules . J Parker

Very poor quality don't buy

Phoned today pillows not as described, opened 1 and was told I can't send back as been opened had to argue the point that only one had been opened by the zipper on the bag and could see they are no good for a disabled person with lung problems I gave to pay return, disgraceful company do not buy you will be ripped off

Poor quality for ‘luxury’ pillows

Poor quality for ‘luxury’ pillows. Took ages for delivery and had to pay for returning items which is not refunded. Took a while for refund. Definitely wouldnt buy again from them!

Don't waste your money...better quality from asda

Stay away from these guys...we order 4 deluxe pillows, spent £50...they arrived, had to be opened to look at them, nothing deluxe about them...could buy these cheaper at asda....when I complained, they asked if it was a comfort thing m, which it was as they felt cheap rubbish, they then said, this us a person thing and once they are opened they wint tske them back....butbyou have to open them to look at them...absolute rip off company ....don't trust them, don't waste your money, no customer service....£50 for 4 cheap, rubbish pillows....no help offered....I believe in giving people and companies the benefit of the doubt .....not these guys...

Got slugged with tax charges because…

Got slugged with tax charges because pillowworld put on the customs form it was a gift !!! I contacted pillowworld only for them to say we dont understand what we were on about please explain ,we sent all the information asked for and more only for them to ignore us i would avoid this company as you could end up with paying more than expected all because someone at pillowworld ticked the wrong box ,!!!! All in time for xmas thanks pillowworld and thx customs !!!!!!
