Customer service not responding. Package seized after paying the customs
Edit 18 April 2026. The seller contacted me and proposed to reship the package completely at their expenses with extra care to ensure the compliance with Ireland’s requirements. For this reason, I am immediately updating the review with 3 stars for the professionalism and the willingness to solve the issue. Once I receive the package, if the product is satisfactory, I will update the review again and give a completely positive feedback.

The package was shipped and arrived in the country quickly. I was even given a tracking number. So, kudos to them for that. The problem is that when I had to pay for the customs, the package, labeled as “medicines”, was detained by the health products regulatory authority of Ireland. I informed the customer service via WhatsApp on the 5 March 2026 in order to solve the issue. They replied quickly a few minutes later that they would verify with their legal team and update me in 2-3 days. After not receiving any response, I contacted them again on 11 March. No reply. I contacted them again on 13 March. This they replied I would be given the final status on Monday. No other feedback so I wrote again on 23 March, I was replied on the 24 March they would try one more time to ship the package. This was their last message. I didn’t receive any packages, so I wrote on 4 April asking for updates. And again on 5 April. And again on 6 April, asking for a refund if it wasn’t possible to send another package. I wrote again on 7 April asking if they were getting my texts (I know they were getting them and they were online in that moment as this conversation was on WhatsApp). On 11 April I sent my final message, since I understood that they were not interested into resolving my issue. Now, I understand it’s not their entirely fault that the package they sent the first time was detained (even though they could have labeled differently than “medicines”), but what I found really unprofessional is not replying to my texts for so long. I know I won’t get neither my package nor my money back, but lesson learned, I won’t be spending a single cent anymore with them.
