I ordered on the 28th August and still have not had my item. I emailed the company and have had no response.
The tracking number they provided is unrecognisable and keeps saying the same thing every day I try.
I am now having to do a charge back through my bank.

I ordered my items on the 24th August
I ordered my items on the 24th August. Still haven’t received.
I’ve emails asking if I could either have a refund or then to be sent out asap, the Royal Mail tracking number is wrong.
So I’m left with-no items and have not been refunded Wouldn’t recommend at. I’ve gave them multiple chances to rectify the issue. But nothing has been done. I payed for next day delivery too.
It’s been 18 days. Definitely do not order from this please it is a total scam.

Haven’t sent my products!
Purchased 3x emla cream for my aesthetics business (I’m a GPhC registered pharmacist). I was only sent 1. Chased up and they told me they would send a replacement. Chased again after a week as no replacement was sent (they told me parcel was lost in transit). Have been trying to get a hold of them again (it’s been 3 weeks since original item was sent) but no one is replying and will not send my remaining items or refund!
