I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive something you were looking forward to.
I did want to gently clarify that the shirt was shipped to the address provided during checkout and was marked as delivered on April 14th. Your request to update the shipping address came in after the delivery had already taken place, which unfortunately didn’t give us a chance to make that change in time.
That said, my goal is always to make sure our customers feel taken care of, so I’m more than willing to work with you on finding a solution. Please feel free to reach back out to me directly so we can talk through the next steps together.

Thanks for your feedback—I totally understand how waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, especially when you're located in the same state.
Just to share a bit of insight: all of our products are made to order, and depending on the specific item or color selected, we sometimes need to source materials from outside the state—or even outside the country—which can extend the fulfillment timeline.
That said, I truly appreciate your patience and support for a small business that puts care into each custom order. Also, thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback and helping us to better serve you and all of our customers.

I got my shirt and it was too small. I’ve sent several emails asking if I can send it back and maybe get a size 2x in men’s instead of the woman’s one I got. But I also asked if your company would be able to put “Chicana” instead of “Chicano” on the 2x T. Nobody has responded to my email and it’s been a couple weeks. Yet, I keep receiving emails from the company. Nothing in regards to my email tho.
