I fully complied with these requirements.

After completing these conditions, the 15,000 KZT Freebet was successfully credited.
I used this Freebet to place a bet with odds of 2.07 (Bet ID: 6008123081).
The bet won, generating a legitimate winning of 16,059 KZT.

However, despite meeting all promotional requirements, the company refused to pay out my winnings, citing vague “internal rules” designed to deny payouts under arbitrary conditions.
