I’ve used PingPerfect multiple times over the years for different servers, CS:GO, Minecraft, and now CS2 and they’ve always been reliable. What really stands out is their support. Replies are fast, and they actually take the time to help and fix issues instead of sending generic responses. Sometimes there can be a slight delay, but that’s understandable we’re all human. Overall a great experience every time.

I want to say that the support I received from your team was very prompt and extremely well-structured, making everything easy to understand for everyone. The way questions are handled and resolved is excellent. I am truly very satisfied with the support provided by the entire team, and I am proud to have found such a place where professionalism and responsiveness genuinely exist.

I am absolutely satisfied with the services offered and I wholeheartedly recommend that everyone comes here, where everything works properly and at a high standard of performance.

Excellent support experience overall. I had a server connection issue, and Jacob and the team were very helpful throughout the troubleshooting process, including the earlier assistance from other team members as well. They were patient, responsive, and took the time to investigate the issue properly. It eventually turned out to be a firewall-related problem that needed manual action, and once that was resolved, everything started working properly again. I can now connect normally, and my server is showing correctly in the server list. Really appreciate the help and professionalism from Jacob and the whole team.

Support is really fast, nice and helpfull, even in late hours they answered immediatelly. 48 hour trial server is awesome and unique, and it is really easy to upgrade to subscription.

Day 2 of my gaming server going down for hours, this was the tech's response "This is due to the localized weather and area. While we can't always guarantee 100% uptime, we try our hardest to maintain a 99% effectiveness rate." I happen to live in the same city the horrible weather is in(SLC) and we are having one of the warmest and least amount of snow in a long time. Use this company if you don't mind being lied to and paying for time you can't be on the server.

I have had servers with this company for some time now. Needed to get a game switched and James handled my ticket. Fast, to the point and done. 20 mins from the time I dropped a ticket to finished and gaming. Can't ask for much more then that.

I want to warn other users about something I experienced with PingPerfect’s payment system.

When I was customizing a server, the price shown on the page was around €16+. I added enough funds to cover that cost. But when I went to complete the order, the total suddenly changed to €20+, because VAT was only shown after adding funds and reaching checkout, not during customization.

Because of this, I ended up depositing money into my PingPerfect wallet by accident. Their system took the payment as “Add Funds”, even though that’s not what I intended. After the mistake happened, I contacted support, but they refused a refund, saying Add Funds are “non-refundable,” even though the interface is what caused the problem.

So here’s the important part for others:

• Prices during server setup are not final, VAT appears only at checkout.
• If you try to add exactly enough money for the server you see on screen, you may still end up short.
• The system can easily push your payment into wallet credit, which cannot be refunded.
• Once the money is in wallet credit, PingPerfect won’t return it, even if the mistake was caused by their unclear checkout process.

Just sharing this so others don’t fall into the same situation.

These guys used to offer great value servers. They used to respond to queries very quickly, but just lately they seem to have a "couldn't care less" attitude, and combined with an unannounced 21% price increase, without any grace period, I find their offering much less compelling now. There are more competitive services available elsewhere.

They use to be my go to GSP but recently there servers have been sub par and when I interact with support I only get excuses and up-charges. I now feel bad that I recommended them to so many people. I don’t think I’ll ever use them again.

Firstly, PingPerfect is by far the best, in my humble opinion (IMHO), out of all the other GSPs (I have rented from many GSPs since 2021). I used a basic server until recently, when I went for an ultimate performance server with the extra bells and whistles, and my god, does the server run great. I have many mods active on DayZ, and I am seeing 20k+ server FPS. I wish I had gone with ultimate performance sooner. Not only are their servers reliable, but their customer service is second to none, replying within minutes, usually, and ever so helpful in troubleshooting and fixing issues when they arise. It is safe to say I will be sticking with PingPerfect, as they are superior to others.

so I started using them and paid for the first month which was 30$ something and for the same month got billed again and got billed again on top of it and haven't had the services for a month and some how they had access to my paypal account when I did not use paypal to pay for services but my cashapp card I asked for a refund on what they took out and they are going to give me 85% of the money back not the 100% what they offered I would not go with them because they are crooks I started my services in July 3 2025 and got billed again on July 27 2025 and on Aug 13 2025 for one month of services so that is $63.92 for one month when my bill should have been on Aug 3 for $31.93 but I am talking to my lawyer about this because it isn't right that they have access to your other payment methods when you did not give them the information to it

Outstanding customer service! They offer very reliable and fast servers and really care about their customers.

I had an issue that was resolved very fast and McCauley was amazing in setting up extra services that I required and even supplied a "How To Guide".

i had been with my last server provider since 2018. after a recent game patch all of my servers went down. 2 weeks they tried to fix to no avail. only solution that worked was moving my servers 1400 miles away.

i contacted PingPerfect and specifically asked if they had solved the issue with the game i wanted to host. they told me they discovered and fixed it at release. I switched right there. Had all 3 of my servers up and configured in less than an hour and was playing on them with my friends with no issues. Control panel is full service full featured. my last provider limited some of the things i could change, like command line arguments and such. Great place. if your on the fence jump in, go here.

Quick server setup and excellent customer service! When I had trouble connecting to my server, the support team resolved it in under 15 minutes.

Nice cost-ratio, available promo codes and great support system. They solved my personal issue - request in little time.

There isn't anything I can't fault these guys for. It has been the most intuitive, friendly and easiest process for setting up my game server. The prices are good, the staff are incredibly friendly and understanding, even when I had a million questions. They answer questions in a way that is easily understandable and not make you feel stupid for asking them.

The pricing of their game servers is extremely competitive, if not the best I saw when I was shopping for a dedicated server. Also, the hardware you get for the price is also top notch!

11/10 - I'll be recommending these guys to everyone that wants a dedicated server. They are amazing!
