Material is soft very excited to wear these in summer

Absolutely fake. Ordered and paid way more than they were even worth 6 months ago. They told me they were on back order, gave fake tracking numbers and fake tracking locations only after I reached out. According to the fake tracking it has been sent all around the US and then to China and back. FAKE FAKE FAKE

I ordered my swimsuit on May 17th. After about a week with no response, I decided to reach out to the company via email. Almost immediately, I received an email stating that the company had a high email volume and someone would reach out to me within 48 hours. That someone was Katie. She told me that the swimsuit I ordered was a preordered item and that it was on it’s way to the courier warehouse. She also offered a $30 discount to which I was apprehensive about due to the wait. Another week goes by and now I’m concerned and growing slightly impatient. I sent two more emails, but those went unanswered. However, Katie responded again to my first email. She kept me updated about the status of my order and offered a free complimentary item that was not a preorder. This time, I decided to take her up on the offer and get a cover up for my swimsuit. Katie responded to my email again three days later to let me know that my order was on its way and that my complimentary order was processed; that is also on its way. I’ll be honest and let you know that the wait is VERY extensive, but please be mindful to check that you’re not ordering anything that’s a preorder. That was my mistake. Fortunately, I’m glad I ordered two months in advanced before my vacation.

Placed my order May 12 and received order confirmation the same day. Was supposed to receive my order in 5-14 days. I have heard nothing about my order since my order confirmation. No shipping detail, no replies to my inquiries about my order status. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will NEVER shop with this company again. If I spend $100 on a swimsuit the very least I expect is to get status updates or responses to my inquiries.

Final update:
Bathing suits arrived just over a month after ordering but they were worth waiting for. If Pinkcolada just get better with communication they would be great. Well made, cute bathing suits are great value for money.
Update 2:
My original order was made on May 9th and I still haven't received tracking information for my items. Customer service has been friendly but hasn't been able to get me any actual time frame of when I can expect anything to even ship.

Update:
A Pinkcolada rep has reached out to me and was very helpful. I don't know when to expect my items but I am much more confident in the company now. I am going to add a star at this time and will re-update as the communication continues and when I receive my items.

I ordered over $350 worth of bathing suits and even used the option to include a $10 tip. The order was made on May 9th. I've reached out to them several times since to get the tracking number. I received one response telling me that they'll get back to me but no one ever did. Finally, today, I reached out to tell them that I want to cancel my order. Still no response.
Their bathing suits look adorable online but, sadly, I guess I'll never know if they are in person. Now I just want my money back.

I gave my sister a pinkcolada bikini as a birthday present. She loved it! The color is fresh and perfect. I ordered the wrong size by mistake, and the pinkcolada customer care helped me with the exchange very smoothly. I will be ordering one for me soon.

One of the items ordered was out of stock, but there was no correspondence on this until I followed up with them. Must say customer service is good though to fix this issue. Just annoying they didn’t notify me.

Sent me the incorrect item and refuses to contact me to correct it

Very bad at replying to messages or queries. I sent my parcel back, and haven’t heard anything from them about a refund or store credit. I have emailed many many times and no reply. They still have my money.
Highly recommend not ordering from this company.

I paid and waited 2 months for my preorder to arrive. When I’d heard nothing I emailed them and was told the product had no known stock date and to choose a different product. I wasn’t given the choice of a refund.
Products should not be advertised as pre-order when it is not certain they will be restocked.

Unfortunately after purchasing my first bikini top I was contacted saying it wasn't in stock. The customer service representative handled it quickly and to the best of her ability and also gave me $30 discount for my next purchase

Love these bikinis! They are so comfortable and the fabric is great quality too. Can't wait to buy my second pair.
