Enough is enough now with this company! I may have to post somthing on my socials regarding this, as I don’t want people to keep suffering with a problem with there order from this company! I ordered a few times from here first time was fine, but a few orders o made was always an issue with products not in stock even though I paid for the items they don’t tell you it’s out of Stock! It’s disgusting how they take your money from you to then me have to email to tell them my items are not in my package! If you don’t email them they will keep your money! Twice this had happened it’s took 9 days to revive my order! And they still have responded to my email! Avoid at all cost !!!

They never responded to my 3 attempts to contact them, including the last which asked for a partial refund for the 10 missing items.
Poor service and community
Ordered 10 small pickle juice shots for an ultramarathon. They were £3 each plus £5 postage, making them equate to £3.50 each which is expensive but acceptable seeing as they would arrive quickly. The package arrived with only three shots . I sent an email to complain, and a couple days later the reply came that this was because they were now out of stock. So instead of making me aware of this at the time, I was short delivered. Upon my complaint I was refunded for the 7 missing bottled. However NOT for the postage (I didn't even get a reply to my email regarding postage). This means I had paid £4.66 per shot for the three bottles that were delivered. I would NEVER have ordered three with £5 postage fee had I known that was all that was available. To make things worse I then had to reorder from another company, and pay the postage again. Terrible communication
Not much sour
It was ok but was not impressed that it was mean to be a sour box and most of the stuff in the box was not even sour in the box in expected most stuff to be sour and was not
Excellent sweets!!!
The sweets were really well packaged and tasted really good, with a good variety of flavours. I have now ordered twice from this company and I love how you can now get some good quality halal friendly sweets.

Customer service is quite shocking!! I've ordered twice now. I placed an order and it took 11 days to come, I ordered bits for Easter they arrived 5 days after Easter! I contacted customer services twice and still no reply! I see you often posting on TikTok, maybe that energy should go into replying to your paying customers who have already ordered. I love this shop aswell, they have some great deals but sadly have been put off ordering again!!
Novelty sweets good but unsure if I’d order again

I feel this is a little steep in order to get free shipping, overall the novelty of the sweets were good as my son enjoyed trying new sweets he’s never tried before but unsure if I’d order again because of the delivery time and prices.

I've ordered from here 3 times now, twice even though online said In stock they have not sent out sour patch kids I've ordered, still saying 44 in stock on website page. Also out of date food in the mystery box's
Wouldnt bother
I ordered the sour pickle with a bunch of sweets and was given the garlic one. Im pregnant and it was a craving, once i opened it the garlic smelt disgusting and i had to chuck it. Waste of £10 and put me off trying to order again :(

Very well priced sweet bags and you can tell that they are freshly packed. Shipping is reasonably fast and tracking was quick! Will purchase again

Placed order with other items in with postage being high . Item I wanted out of stock but allowed me to purchase and package arrived with item missing . Only made aware of item being a no stock after sending two emails . Won't be using again . Terrible service

Ordered after seeing the TikTok video…
Ordered after seeing the TikTok video showing a large scoop being filled and filling up a large container . The video does not clearly state that this is only a single scoop for £5, which gave the impression that the amount shown was what you receive. The sweets themselves are the same type (maoam stripes /anglo bubbly which are cheap ect.. however the quantity I received is nowhere near what’s shown in the video. After paying £8.99 including postage, I’m disappointed with the value for money. Please be aware before ordering.

They weren't that nice...seemed like they were older sweets and there was far too many sour and toxic sweets which I did not like. So all in all I won't be ordering anymore

Didn’t receive order
Didn’t receive order. Was all stocking fillers for Grandchildren. Think parcel may have got lost. However, no response from seller. Tried ringing, emailing, via messenger and signed up to instagram still no response.
Issue still not resolved a month on. No sweets, no refund, no response.
