Being part of Pinnacle Global Network has been an incredibly valuable experience, both professionally and personally.

While growing my business was one of the reasons I joined, some of the biggest transformations have happened within me. I have grown as a leader, challenged my own mindset, and learned to let go of fears and beliefs that previously held me back.

One of the things I appreciate most is my mentor. She meets me where I am, understands my challenges, and knows when to support me and when to challenge my thinking. That balance has been incredibly valuable in my growth.

I rarely post about vendor experiences, but I feel an obligation to warn my network regarding my experience with Pinnacle Global Network.

If you are a law firm owner currently considering signing up for their program, please do your homework. I invested in their program expecting a level of mentorship and guidance that I simply did not receive. In my experience, the program failed to deliver on its value proposition entirely.

When I attempted to cut ties and request a refund for the remaining months of my term, they hid behind their contract's fine print, refusing to offer a refund despite the lack of results.

Don't let the sales pitch override your due diligence. For me, this has been a costly lesson, and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere if you are seeking a program that actually stands behind its ability to deliver results.

I got my life back and sold my business at the end of that year. PGN changed my life in the course of my business journey!

Why Pinnacle Global Network is The Biggest Scam and a Waste of Money

I was dragged into this by my spouse despite having decades of experience in business. These are not serious business people. This the "manifest abundance" crowd who think that mindset is the reason they're not billionaires yet. You can get the same value of going to a retreat by watching Ted Talks and actually taking real time away to think about the problems your business is facing and prioritizing them. Or learning skills that are really helpful to a business like project management or accounting. Scale day is basically listening to jr business owners trying to solve your complex business problems without context. The zoom calls are hit or miss depending on whether people actually go. While you're at one of these retreats chanting about scarcity mentality, you'll be photographed and used in the never-ending self-promotion of the owner and the organization. Waste of money but even bigger waste of time, which entrepreneurs don't have. I found going to the Hormozi workshops for a fraction of the cost far more useful and applicable than going to PGN. Avoid at all costs or use the money for a real vacation or other things your business needs. You'll get more in return.

**Why I Would Not Recommend Pinnacle Global Network**

I joined Pinnacle hoping for sophisticated entrepreneurial coaching and an objective peer group. Unfortunately, I found the experience overly promotional, aggressive, and ultimately costly to my business.

Pinnacle recommended that we hire a fractional CFO and strongly encouraged us to use a company within their network. We did. Much of the accounting work was outsourced overseas, and my books ended up in worse condition than before. I have since spent considerable time and money trying to correct the problems.

I also worked with an HR professional from the Pinnacle network. While her approach was initially interesting, the two employees hired through that process ultimately became two of the most difficult employee situations I have had to resolve.

I was equally disappointed by the coaching. I often felt the coaches emphasized their own experience and expected me to follow their recommendations rather than taking the time to understand the nuances of a business I had spent years building. At times, I found the approach aggressive and demeaning.

Overall, there was too much promotion of Pinnacle and its members' businesses and not enough independent, thoughtful advice. Others may have had different experiences, but given the significant investment of time and money, I would strongly encourage prospective members to speak privately with former members and independently vet any professionals recommended through the network.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this network to anyone.

I walked into this Pinnacle Global Network event not fully knowing what to expect, and I walked out completely full — mind and heart. This isn't your typical conference where you sit in a dark room passively absorbing slides. It's roll-up-your-sleeves, work-alongside-other-CEOs, leave-with-a-plan-in-hand kind of work. Every session was hands-on — we were building our own systems, mapping our own processes, writing our own intentions right there in the room.
But honestly, what hit me the most was the people. There's a genuine "go-giver" spirit running through this entire community — people who've already scaled successful businesses sitting next to you, sharing what actually worked (and what didn't), asking how they can help, not what they can get. No ego, no gatekeeping. Just founders who've been where you are, pouring into the people coming up behind them.
The content itself was incredible — practical frameworks for systems and processes, a completely new way of thinking about employee ROI, grounded (no-hype) guidance on AI and automation I can use immediately. But it was woven together with real talk about joy, gratitude, and staying human while you build. That combination is rare, and it's what makes PGN different.
I left with pages of notes, a clear list of what I'm building in the next two weeks, and — more than anything — a room full of new friends and mentors who genuinely want to see me win. Grateful doesn't even cover it. If you're an entrepreneur looking for a community that gives as much as it grows, this is it.
