I bought a challenge from Pinnacletraderfx two weeks ago and I did not receive my credentials because they said they're transitioning to Match-Trader.
After 10 days, I asked a refund but I did not receive any answer.

So far I have had a great experience with Pinnacle Trader FX. Prices are extremely low. I love the fact that they have no minimum trading days and no time limit on any challenges. I am able to go through my evaluation at my own pace and not feel rushed. There is no delay on the execution of my trades, so far there has been no slippage and has overall been a great platform to trade on. Pinnacle Trader Fx is still on MT5, and they are overall a great firm to get your funding career started.
