This is the best place to start being your own beer. I get sent all materials, so I don't have to find a brew store and go get it. I don't have to boil water/ have a million things to wash. The brewing process is put water in punter then put ingredients in pinter. Shake pinter and let it sit. The app is great and gives you exact steps. If you ever wanted to brew beer, this is the best way/ gateway process there is.

There beer kits and support are amazing
There beer kits are amazing and when I was having issues with my subscription order processing on shop Chloe from there support team was very helpful and resolved the the issue I was having. It honestly was the best customer service I've ever had with any company.

You get 2 stars just because you want a…
You get 2 stars just because you want a review the actual day I get the product. You also get 2 stars for sending way too many emails. From order to receiving the kit you sent 13 emails in less than 96 hours. People don’t like all that. Just send one to let us know you received the order and maybe one more when it ships. You can say all you need to say in those two emails. It almost makes me want to send it back and change my email address. You’re like the little annoying best friends little brother that just got a new Tonka truck and won’t stop with it.

The beers are great and easy to brew
The beers are great and easy to brew. The only issue I have is with the Pinter itself. They can get the spout jammed up and difficult to clean. With perseverance I get it off and can do so, but it’s almost like once it’s on it’s staying on. Granted it’s great in the sense of non leakage but still difficult for regular use and arthritic hands. It’s a small grip for an otherwise great product.

If you like beer 🍺 the Pinter will blow you away, the beer is so fresh and delicious it's unbelievable, I've ordered two more orders of the Space Hopper and another Brewer, I'm telling you this is the best, you have to try it at least once, hands down the greatest beer experience you'll ever have.

Excellence, great choice of beers to choose from with excellent results from each brew. I never knew a home brew could be so easy, I remember as a child, my father would make his own beer with “demijohns” and “rubber bungs” a siphon and old milk bottles, and always seemed to take an age, just for him to say “tastes like sh*te” 😂

Locked into a 12 month plan without been fully informed that I would be. Sneaky that they bill you at 1am and have a 45 minute window to cancel order, no prior email notification of upcoming scheduled delivery or payment.
$248 to cancel if I want to cancel which I do but now can't. Absolutely shocking service.

I’m on my fourth brewing and I have to say that the beer is coming out fantastic. The instructions are extremely detailed and easy to follow. Waiting for my beer is the hardest part of the process. Highly recommend Pinter and their line of beer brewing kits.
