Most expensive steel in whole UK
Most expensive steel in whole UK. Be careful with this people because the mislead information on they website. Title make you think that you are buying 6m bars and you paying for 6m but in reality you pay per meter. Very expensive and very hard to get refund.

Proactive Response
Hi Jake,
I did ring Rebecca, for you to give me a call back.
No issues as I know you will be busy.
I just wanted to say thank you for the great experience we received from yourself, after the picking issue and the incorrect delivery.
Great resolve and wanted to pass on our thanks for the way that you dealt with the issue.
Makes a refreshing change to have a supplier act so pro-actively over an issue.
Thanks again to all involved and we will definitely deal with you again over other projects.
