Great product, arrived promptly

I bought the gym ball cover for my lurcher. So she's not using it as a herding ball as intended but she seems to enjoy playing with it. She needs quite a lot of stimulation so it's great to have something different to add variety to playtime.
The cover seems to be very well made and feels very robust. My lurcher has attacked it with her teeth and claws and so far it's holding up just fine.

Customer service from Della was amazing! Very caring and helpful, she truly cares about helping dogs. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the correct size of anti panic snood for my dog.
I have yet to try the snood during fireworks or thunder, I am currently getting her used to it. But the snood is well made, very soft and cosy and I am confident it will help. I can highly recommend Pipsbootique from my experience.

It was little big for my Jack Russel.

I bought the thunder snood to help my anxious border collie manage the fireworks on NYE.
It definitely helped reduce the noise and make the celebrations more manageable for her. I would recommend this snood for anxious dogs.
I saw the product in a facebook group.

I reached out to Pips Bootique after hearing about her wonderful snoods through the Collieology Facebook page. Although she didn’t ship to the US when I reached out, the seller contacted me the next day to tell me she added the US! I was thrilled. My rescue pup is extremely noise sensitive, particularly to wind storms, thunderstorms, and fireworks. I order a custom size because she is also between sizes. It fits perfectly and was instantly relaxing for my pup. Don’t hesitate to buy one if you have a nervous dog!

Arrived extremely quickly and is great quality. We have a greyhound and hes used to wearing coats and snoods so luckily we were able to put it straight on and he honestly calmed down immediately. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Easy to order great service and amazing products! Snoods are easy to measure and fit well, especially with the new design with straps tighten under the chin. Lovely and soft and my dogs are really calm and comfortable wearing them.

The communication / customer service in helping me choose a size to fit my dog was wonderful. My preferred colour was out of stock so they made me one that day.
