So I've just got an email in regards about the payout request never been process due to dashboard errors. Been chasing these guys for days for an update, a manager called Bryan told me in a few days it will be process that's the latest response he gave nothing happened tried reaching the owner who is called Jonathan he never was available throughout this whole period,seems off. Next thing you know they've sent a email and refunded the amount I've spent the drawdown reset on. They've deleted my user on discord and server. Absolute waste of time. If you wanna let someone know they can't process payment don't make them wait years for it!

Payouts delayed and no communication on why
I requested a payout nearly nine days ago and have still received no response or meaningful update. Support has not been helpful in resolving this. My first payout was processed within a reasonable timeframe, but this delay is unacceptable. I will update my review once my payout is properly handled. I am missing so many trades and chances to make more now, this is so disappointing
UPDATE
My 2 payouts of over $3000 each was rejected with no reason and I did nothing wrong. I have been trading these accounts for 3 months and finally go to a payout
I was also removed from their program which is unfair. They want people to purchase challenges but come time to pay then this happens. I am very unhappy as this is my hard earned payout
YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THERE IS NO REASON TO TAKE ME OUT BUT I AM PROFITABLE AND THIS SCAM COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO PAY ME. THE REFUND IS POINTLESS AS I EARNED WAY MORE THAN THAT AND I WANT MY PAYOUT THEN I WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE. OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION

To clarify the timeline: the delay was caused by a dashboard issue affecting trade-history data, which impacted multiple accounts and pending payout requests.
Once the system was stabilized, your account activity was reviewed under our Program Terms. After that review, our Risk Team determined that we could not continue your participation in the program in order to protect the program’s integrity and long-term sustainability.
Separately, our Finance Team processed a refund of the fees you originally paid for your two 1-Step Evaluations (which later became SIM Funded accounts) and sent it to the USDC (ERC-20) wallet on file.
We wish you success on your trading career.

Ya están en un punto de quiebre, llevan 2 pagos corridos rechazados. Descontándome “profits” que estaban válidos dentro de sus porquerias de reglas, definitivamente la peor de las empresas actualmente.

Angel, entendemos tu frustración. Tal como fuiste proactivamente informado via email por nuestro equipo de riesgo, tu reciente solicitud fue rechazada porque no cumpliste con una regla que está claramente definida y visible tanto en nuestro Help Center como en tu Trader Dashboard: Volume Consistency.
En tu ciclo más reciente, el rango permitido según tus parámetros era 0.12 – 0.90. Al abrir operaciones dentro de una ventana de 5 minutos, el sistema las agrupa como un solo trade para fines de volumen, lo que resultó en un trade agrupado de 1.00 lote, quedando fuera del rango permitido. Además, el trade de 0.05 lote también quedó fuera del rango. Como consecuencia, al descontarse el profit inválido por incumplimiento, el resultado del ciclo quedó neto -$32.50, por lo que no es posible aprobar un pago parcial.
Nuestro proceso es el mismo para todos los traders: aplicamos las reglas tal como están publicadas para mantener consistencia y equidad. Te invitamos a revisar las reglas en el Help Center y a verificar tus métricas en el Trader Dashboard, donde esta información se encuentra disponible y actualizada. Recomendamos que lo revises antes de tu próximo ciclo para evitar futuras solicitudes rechazadas.

Don't Trust Them!
Awfull...
I've had ntohing but good experiences with these guys before, had $1m in funding with them and while these were still active after being in drawdown, they decided to breach all my active FUNDED accounts (nearly worth $6k) ($1m in funded allocation) while no rules were breached,
i've been in drawdown for nearly a month and finally got back to about breakeven / profit and then I got an email saying they are terminating all my accounts for lifetime as I have a support role with another prop firm.
They dont have any rules against this and nor did they warn me about this.
No refunds, no payouts of the profits I had, nothing.
I wouldnt trust these guys any more.
On top of that, they like to change rules on active accounts etc, not satisfied with how they handle it.
ALso, not getting any replies to my emails for weeks now, banned from DIscord (as they're probably scared of me mentioning anything about their scams)
All of that after using my funding, payouts etc for all of their marketing... truly a backstab by a company I trusted...

For everyone reading this, we’d like to clarify a few key points:
• Your accounts were not closed because of drawdown or to avoid a payout, but because we confirmed that you hold a staff / support role at another proprietary trading firm. Given the potential access and visibility that comes with that kind of position, this created a conflict-of-interest risk for our ecosystem that we are not willing to take. This is a preventive risk-management decision, not an allegation of fraud or misconduct.
• Our Terms & Conditions explain that:
– The company may adjust programs and conditions over time to protect its systems, other traders, and the long-term sustainability of the services.
– The company has discretion to accept, maintain, or terminate access to the services, including funded accounts, even without cause.
– Access Fees are non-refundable once the assessment starts, except where required by law, and Trader Payments are only due when all funded-trader criteria are met for the relevant period.
These are not “hidden” or retroactive rules, but part of the agreement every trader accepts when opening an account.
• When we became aware of your staff role at another firm, we conducted an internal review and then informed you via email that:
– All of your accounts would be closed and the commercial relationship as a Certified PIP Trader would end.
– No further payouts or refunds would be processed in connection with those accounts.
– The decision was final and non-negotiable, in line with our Terms & Conditions and internal risk policies.
At your request, we also removed your interview from YouTube.
• Regarding your comments about “changing rules on active accounts” and “ignoring emails”:
– We do update products and rules from time to time, but always under the framework described in our Terms & Conditions and not to manufacture breaches or avoid legitimate payouts.
– You did receive responses explaining the account-closure decision and its final nature. Your Discord access was removed as part of closing your accounts and ending the relationship, not to “hide scams”.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing, especially after a long period of trading together. However, PIP Traders Funding must always prioritize security, integrity, and fairness across the whole program, even when that means making difficult decisions in individual cases.
We wish you the best in your future trading career.
