Pivovar Ltd Reviews 

Have purchased a couple of times, a lot less choice than previous times in cans, and you can no longer see the best before dates on the beers before purchasing. Only 33 beers available.

I had a similar issue with Batham's beer from Pivovar as Jon O'Brien, but I had a much better experience and have no complaint at all about how Pivovar handled it in my case.

Once informed of my issue Paul, the MD of Pivovar, personally intervened and I was promptly sent a replacement shipment from another batch of Bathams. This time it was fine, which is great as I really like this beer. Paul emailed on the day it was due to check I had received the replacemnent beer. I am a satisfied customer and would, and will, order from Pivovar again.

I should add that apart from this issue, swiftly and professionally resolved, I have always found Pivovar to be a relaible supplier and, when i have had occasion to contact them on the phone, friendly and helpful.

I would unhesitatingly recommend them as a good supplier of good beer. I am only sorry Batham's, a brewer of said good beer, appear to have some consistency issues with their bottled bitter, but I do not hold Pivovar responsible for that.

Have bought from Pivovar on several occasions in the past and was very happy with the service, however, my latest experience means I'll not be buying from the company again.
The beer I ordered had a problem. Spoke to the sales manager who asked me to forward my order number. I did so. Heard nothing from him for nearly a week, so contacted the brewer who asked for photographs and other info before accepting that I was owed a refund and they would refund Pivovar. Forwarded the email to Pivovar. Told the person who could sort out the refund was on holiday but I would get my refund when they came back ten days later. A week after they came back I'd still heard nothing, so I called the sales manager who told me he was waiting for the brewery to refund them before giving me my refund, contrary to UK consumer legislation, under which Pivovar is responsible for the refund, not their supplier. Sales manager apparently unaware of his company's obligations under UK law.
Finally spoke to the MD, who has promised an immediate refund.
It's now one day short of four weeks since Pivovar's sales manager was made aware of the problem and he did bugger all about it. I've had to do all of the work on this matter without getting any satisfaction. Suggest you avoid this company unless they up their game considerably, preferably with a new sales manager.
