After investigating, we found that the final product was printed exactly as per the PDF file provided during the upload process, which unfortunately did not include the final two pages. While we print files as-is, we always want our customers to be happy. We see you spoke with our team and, although a reprint was offered as a gesture of goodwill, your deadline didn't allow for it. We are pleased we could provide a 15% discount for your next order instead and we look forward to serving you again!
Good overall print service
Found a good price for 1K A6 leaflets from these guys.
The first batch was bit dark, but I think part of that was due to not realising the art had to be made more brighter.
I adjusted artwork and delivered a CMYK format image.
They sorted out reprints and they were much better.
Would definitely buy again. Delivery time was good. Communication was good and polite aswell.

The poster was delivered in a box that was completely bent. It is damaged beyond repair. I have raised a claim with the shipping company for a refund but have not heard back yet.

The prints look great
The prints look great, but the package arrived with a bunch of damage to each test print. Not sure what happened when the delivery driver handled it, but everything was bent up. That's why I gave it a 4 star and not 5. Looks like it was packaged well too, so not sure what happened.

Good Quality, But Cover Missprint
Good quality cover, paper, and printing BUT even though all my images and preview looked great, they still messed up the spine and it's printed not on the spine, but beside it on the cover... not sure what happened, hope they will send a reprint.

Children's book printing--very satisfied
Pixart printed 1000 copies of a 32-page full color children's book for me on recycled paper. It came out great and the customer service was excellent, keeping in touch with me through the whole process and making sure I got my book delivered on time.
Environmentalism is at the core of my message and mission so I was passionate about doing a book on recycled paper. I searched wide and far but all the quotes were too high to be remotely profitable, so I was delighted when Pixart was able to get me a workable price (about $4/copy less than the other bid).
I had a 3-day window that I really wanted to book to arrive and it came on the first of those three days. I was amazed, frankly. From submitting the order to having the boxes in hand was less than two weeks.
Overall, I would highly recommend Pixart for self-publishers. Thanks!
