I ordered a simple photo on this website. When ordering it is mentioned delivery 2-3 days, when contacting them, their AI reply messages kept on saying is actually processing time and is up to 8 business days. Again - for a plain print!! Needless to say I paid already 120 euros and 8 days passed and still no sign of my order being processed. I mentioned to them it was supposed to be a gift and we plan on travel already this week. They completely ruined our plans. I obviously don't recommend and I believe they are scammers, arranging here only positive reviews for themselves. I lost 120 eur but hope others will know better than choosing this website.

I've purchased shirts twice from this company and both times ended in disaster. The first time, I ordered the long sleeve shirt and they were not designated as being for men women or unisex, which is a problem. The second time I ordered the long sleeve shirts the string that's meant to hold the hemline together completely unraveled while I was taking a walk after only being worn for two days, making the shirt unwearable.

so appreciative of your professionalism and the quality of your work. however, I am really impressed with your effort to get my order to us in a timely manner. you see, we ordered a custom puzzle for a 7 yo boy with a terminal diagnosis. he loves puzzles and a particular bridge...??....we have no idea. when we gave him the puzzle I cannot describe his reaction. what a great job pixels did and by special request got it to us quickly. definitely will use again.

The quality of the art work Carolyn Utigard Thomas provides! I just love her impressionist angels and have bought several to send to a friend who's now dying in hospice. I have some in my house as well. Carolyn's love for all that is just shines through her work.

I ordered a specialty birthday card for my niece who loves the play "The Music Man." The card was great and the imprinting on the inside was quality.

I received the item on time and it was as the Pixels described. The shirts fit fine and the art work is incredible.

I got a fantastic piece of art and I am realy very happy about it! Pixels does a great job, a fair price and good qualiy!

FYI: I bought an item from their website, but when it arrived, it did not match the description. (The description said “high resolution sticker”, but the sticker I received was low resolution/low quality.). So, it was unusable.

Fortunately, their website said they have a 30 day return policy where you can mail back the item and receive a full refund.

I followed the return directions and mailed back the sticker well within the 30 day return window. I took a picture of the post office receipt and the package.

Weeks went by and pixelsmerch.com didn’t process my refund, so I contacted their support and asked what’s the status of my refund. They said they didn’t receive the package. So I showed them the picture of the dated post office receipt. They still insisted they didn’t receive it. Their response didn’t seem trustworthy because I also wrote a negative review of the item and they never posted it. So someone is screening their reviews and also possibly discarding or denying receipt of returns.

I contacted my credit card company today to file a dispute and they’ve credited me back my purchase amount, while they investigate pixelsmerch.com

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this merchant, but it was such an inexpensive item that I wasn’t too worried. Nonetheless, buyer beware.

Everything was better than the price indicated.....it was like we were there again40 yrs ago....!!!!!! We're thinking of building a small wall table...and alteady have a lg round glass fish bowl ..in it are "Him and Her".....we wanna go back further but we are comfortably numb where we are.....there are other rooms to be conquered...this one is perfect....a brick wall bath rug would be perfect accent though!!!!!!

The Print on my T-shirts are outstanding. Looks just like photographs. I love them.
