My journey with PK Coaching began the moment I came across the page on Instagram. Something about the approach resonated deeply with me — I had been on my fitness journey for years yet couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing the changes I was working so hard for. As someone who believes in science-backed methods, I felt this was finally the right fit, and I reached out in March 2025. Like many, I had tried online coaching before and carried some hesitation — particularly around performing exercises correctly without guidance in person — but from day one, the onboarding was incredibly clear and structured, covering everything from how to approach each training block, to nutrition principles, to the small lifestyle tweaks I never imagined could make such a meaningful difference.
What I’ve gained over this past year goes far beyond physical changes. I learned to trust the process, embrace the bigger picture, and let go of the need to see dramatic results overnight. The programme taught me how training, nutrition, stress management, travel, family commitments, and even social gatherings can all coexist with progress — without restriction, without guilt.
