PKT Pal team did not let me return a defective product for a refund. Return "policy" says that you have 30 days to return the product, this is not well advertised and was not enough time to completely test all of the capabilities of the device before realizing that it is defective. Do not recommend.

Bought in as a high risk investment for later down the line. Watching the company interact on social media gives me a decent level of confidence that they are adding something real to the network.
Found out later that I have the grandfather rights for the device I bought, which means free top tier lifetime membership!
Nice perk for getting in early enough.

Seems to be getting stronger and stronger with more and more businesses adopting the easy secure WiFi , although I bought it for a residential area - it's clearly not well known enough for that at the moment.

The customer service was great help getting my device correct and up and running. In addition to staying in contact with the distributor whom I purchased from due to internal it issue found with the cube.

got price gouged for $150 on shipping at the end. whatever I guess, seems pretty steep for such a small item, even with insurance.

The four stars is entirely based on the length of time it takes to get the PKT pal itself. The miner works great and I haven’t had any issues at all. It works great and just keeps accruing PKT for me. I wish the delivery time was not so long. It took right around 5 weeks from the home of order for me to get the box. If they would maybe not take the money till shipping that might make me happier but they don’t and hence the four stars.

It seems like it earns less then it says going online for. $25 every 5 days. I thought it was around $25 a day at least 2 cents a minute. I need them to release the ability to get paid for wifi sharing to make worth keeping.

Pkt Pal is investing in its customers and is not just a typical start up looking to cash in. Their product and customer service ensures that their growth is parallel with the customer’s growth! PKT has a utility and is going to explode on the crypto adoption !

This device is easy to use and very innovative. The features roadmap are also impressive. The only reason I do not give it 5 starts is that the login seems a little clunky.

Customer service and communication is very lacking.

Unit looks good and easy setup. Set and forget device. Earnings are not great yet but lets see what the product roadmap will bring.

There was no communication from the supplier for issues (delay) with my order. I received it a bit late but when asked the vendor they were extremely responsive and worked on it in emergency. once it was shipped, it was delivered in no time so thank you. I know you will grow

(This is a review I shared on a Discord channel and thought it would be helpful to share here as well)
I had made mention on this channel about 8 weeks ago that I was purchasing a PKTPal and would compare it to my home mining experience. I received my PKTPal about a week ago and it is doing well. While the wait was long (about 6.5 weeks from order to receipt of unit), the out of the box experience was excellent. I am fairly competent with technology and expected the process to be easy for me but yet to still need a few tweaks and workarounds in order to get it up and running. I was 100% wrong in that assessment. It was so ridiculously simple to get setup that someone with nearly zero technical acumen could do it. I just took it out of the box, plugged in an ethernet cable, plugged in the power cable, and pressed the on switch. I then scanned the QR code that was on the setup guide and it took me to the setup page. All I had to do there was have my phone on the same network as the PKTPal and tap one button to recognize it and connect it. Poof, done. It was up and running in about 3 minutes from unboxing.
Initial results were lower than I expected with it mining about 50PKT/day after 24 hours. I saw that it was only hitting the pkt.world and pktpool pools and not Zetahash or any of the other small pools. I dropped a chat on the dashboard chat to "Routie" and had a support person chatting with me within 10 minutes of outreach. I explained the issue and that I had sufficient bandwidth at 1GB up/down to push harder. They then made a backend switch to their 'experimental pool order' with the caveat that they made no promises of better performance. Given my available bandwidth, I had no issue with the higher demand from mining the additional pools. My PKTPal now mines about 250 PKT/day since the switch. This is compared to about 150 PKT/day that my AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.7GHz 12-Core home system achieves with CLI mining. Overall - a million times easier to setup and over 65% more effective than my home mining setup. (I now run them both and am getting ~400 PKT/day combined)
From a profitability assessment, the numbers do not make sense at the current PKT price of ~$0.01. I paid around $3k for the PKTPal. At 250 PKT/day and $0.01 current trading price it would take me 1200 days to break even (3+ years). However I am a long term believer in the protocol. If PKT gets back to $0.05 or more (very possible), then my break-even is 8 months or less. I think this is fair and worth it from my perspective. I look for 1 year break even on any miners I deploy (Helium, ASIC, etc). This meets that expectation with a modest price movement back to where it was not that long ago. I also see enhanced utility of the PKTPal once the roadmap is realized and the additional non-mining features are enabled.
DYOR and see what makes sense for you. This is just my experience. (I am not on the PKTPal team and am not shilling for referrals or any of that... just an honest assessment of my experience)

The cube was easy to set up an software set up was intuitive. I’m not a tech guy by any means and so even though it was easy I needed some help. Called tech support and they walked me through everything no prob. Been mining for awhile now no probs. Can’t wait to see what the new network looks like.

Amazing project. Full support! Been mining for months ready for an exchange! Get in early on this one.

The customer service rep got back to me within a few hours and helped me with my account. Great correspondence through the rest of the emails until it was solved too!
