J’ai acheté 1 whey iso de la marque DY nutrition et une whey iso de la marque Kevin Levrone et 1 EAA. Dans la confirmation de la commande c’est bien marqué sauf que quand ils expédient la commande ils mettent 2 whey iso de DY nutrition et l’eaa, alors que j’ai payé la whey de levrone 5€ plus cher. Je contacte le service client par email et via leur site mais silence total. Aucune réponse ou la moindre réaction de leur part, manque total de professionnalisme et service client inexistant. C’est la 1ere et dernière fois que j’achète chez eux.

J'adore ce magasin en ligne, on y trouve tout ce qu'on a besoin même certains produits qui sont difficiles à trouver en Europe. Je recommande fortement.

I have ordered from them a few times now and never had a problem until now when they swapped out one of the products for a similar but cheaper product, because it was apparently out of stock, without telling me or even giving me the price difference back. So I created a ticket on their website to get help to resolve it but I didn't hear a word from them after 2 weeks, so I asked over email when it was getting resolved but that's when they canceled the ticket, again without hearing anything from them. So I emailed them again asking what was going on and I got a short, misspelled reply saying it was out of stock. After some more short and misspelled emails back and forth we finally agreed I would get a voucher to cover the price difference but that's when they stopped replying again and no voucher was received. After one whole month from initially writing the ticket I emailed them once again asking where the voucher was and I finally got it. This is literally the worst and most frustrating customer support I have ever dealt with.

Witam. Niestety również otrzymałem przeterminowane produkty i artykuły których nie zamawiałem. Brak możliwości kontaktu telefonicznego z polskim sklepem. Jak widać nie jestem jedynym który został oszukany.

Kupowałam u nich od lat i było super, od około pół roku są coraz większe problemy, a ostatnie zamówienie to już kompletna pomyłka. Dostałam przeterminowany produkt, przy zgłaszaniu przez stronę nie ma opcji wygenerowania etykiety do darmowego zwrotu, dobijałam się tydzień mailowo, w końcu dostałam etykiete, potem musiałam się dopominać, po czasie, o zwrot pieniędzy. Mają super asortyment ale boje się teraz zamawiać czy znowu nie skończę z przeterminowaną przedtreningówką..

Did my purchase online 15 january for a pwo..They wrote they would ship it and send tracking for shipment after 3 weeks. Tried to reach them through e-mail. Not received anything and no reply. Now I want my money back.

3 days after ordered, received at home!! In Switzerland!!

Some products good, some not so.
For example the Smart Brothers brand does not have good reputation, and after ordering Semax and Phenylpiracetam, I get no effects.
And after researching about Semax, it shows that Semax has no bioavailability orally. Meaning, swallowing Semax has no effect.
It only works through nasal spray as it is a peptide.
Peptides breaks down by stomach acid.

And Phenylpiracetam from Smart Brothers, I cant tell any effect when taking it, even when taking a huge dose.

Buuuut, the Phenibut from this website was very good.
That is why I give 4, but I warn people, do your research about supplement companies before ordering.
I wish I did that before.

Customer service was also nice and shipment went relatively fast.

I just ordered again yesterday. But only Phenibut this time hehe.

Very fast shipping and fast responsive customer service. I had question regarding discreet shipping and potential issues with customs. Everything went smooth and I got my package.
