Delicious doughnuts. Sent as a gift. Delivery communication good and arrived on time. Our nephew loved them. (We know how tasty they are as we were originally sent some as a gift.)

Donuts were lovely-althougj somewhat melted but delivery company let you down..they left donuts outside, did not put a card through door so no one knew they were sat out in direct sunlight!

My product arrived used and dirty

We were looking to organise the delivery of 26 boxes of donuts to customers across different addresses, all personalised to celebrate the business’s 35th anniversary. From start to finish, the service was brilliant.

I had continuous communication with Alice Turnbull, who was incredibly quick and helpful in finding the best design options for the donuts, as well as organising efficient delivery to all of our customers. I also worked with Arianna Beach, who sent over a fully edited video of the donuts being created for our social channels, along with some great images.

All of the donuts arrived with handwritten notes, which added such a personal touch. We did have one issue where we had accidentally provided the wrong delivery address for a customer, but the team were really quick to sort it and arrange redelivery straight away.

Super happy and impressed with the customer service throughout, and we’d 100% use them again for any future donut needs. Thank you Alice & Ari!

Planet Donut are great. I was sending a box of goodies to my bestie for her birthday. I'd made a mistake on the online form and they kindly called me to check the details. The donuts arrived early the next day and were delicious, as per usual. Thank you 😊

Delivered on the day requested. The recipient messaged me one word 'STUNNING!'. When I spoke to him later he said they looked amazing and they were very much looking forward to sampling them. Thank you for a great experience.

Delivery on time and quick

The doughnuts were lovely and very well presented. I couldn't fault them. The only issue I had was with the courier as the box was damaged but luckily the extra cardboard was there as the doughnut were protected

I absolutely love the doughnuts. And additionally, the card I was given was hand-written! This was a very personal touch and is amazing! :)

I ordered a box of doughnuts for my long distance partner’s birthday, and they were a hit. The doughnuts themselves were excellent, but what really stood out was that they handwrote the note I’d added to the gift box.
Being in a long distance relationship means relying on commercial services for things you’d love to do yourself, like baking sweet treats and writing personal notes. The fact that they took the trouble to handwrite that note made such a difference to the whole gift. It really showed.
The box was also dispatched and arrived exactly on the date I’d chosen. My only regret is not discovering them sooner.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Not bad. Had some of there delivered to me and whilst i could tell that these are not what i class as "high end" doughnuts,i thought they could make more effet in design.
overall. Not bad.
