Bought 36no. Buxus hedging plants in 9cm pots and couldn’t be more happy with them and the service I received. Strong, healthy, good sized plants, were well packaged and promptly delivered. At a much better price than many competitors I certainly will look to use this company again😊

Bought indoor snowdrops very poor quality never flowered just long green leaves. Very disappointing as birthday gift sent to very elderly mum to brighten lockdown but that did not happen. Will not use again.

I ordered a small trough of Hyacinths for my grand daughter's birthday. They arrived on the date arranged and at the arranged time. They were at the right stage for her to enjoy the full flowering time. She was thrilled.

I got sent the wrong plant but , customer service was brilliant. They were a day late delivering my plant but I got a refund for that! Only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because I got sent wrong plant.

The plant was ordered for a poorly family member living some distance away and she was delighted to receive it. She assured me that the plant and pot were exactly as described and the rose was truly beautiful.

The delivery was a day later than requested but this was not a problem as it wasn't for a special occasion. I also realise that deliveries are more difficult at this time. I will be very happy to use Plants by Post for future occasions.

Pansies. Just what I needed, arrived in perfect condition. When the snow goes they will go in pots by the front door to welcome the postie. -The only visitor we get these days. Very pleased with them.
