Ordered a Poinsettia plant for a friend, delivered within the timescale stated and arrived looking extremely healthy my friend was delighted. I would definitely use again.

Product arrived two days late and ruined my moms birthday. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional customer service. Not a single apology or attempt to resolve/compensate for the error on their website.
Beware: do NOT click your required delivery date on the websites calendar, as it isn’t linked to their purchasing process. Laughable.
Do not recommend whatsoever

The poinsettia was beautiful and arrived in good condition. I ordered it as a Christmas gift for mum who lives 150 miles away and I wont see her over Christmas. However, the 3 star rating was given because I chose to have it delivered in Friday 18th December but it arrived on Friday 27th November. A little too early. I went onto the website to check my order to see if it was my mistake but nowhere does it state a chosen delivery date. It's as if the facility to select did not exist so I could not check it.

On the plus side, the plants were delivered on the day indicated, but the delivery company had ripped and squashed the boxes. This obviously is not Plants by Post responsibility, but they employ the delivery company and should be monitoring their on-line feedback and act accordingly (I was asked by Trustpilot to review the delivery company. I did and they responded but their reply was non plus, they seemed not to care!)

The plants received were 'ok' they were not dead but I had to 'dead head' several of the plants and cut away some of the dying leaves. If I had gone to a shop to buy plants, I would not have picked these up and would either picked some other better plants or not bought any at all.

The card that came with the plants stated that they were had picked with care, I don't think that was actually the case.

Brilliant service, good communication. would Hartley recommend and will be using in the future.

Cannot recommend plants by post enough. They have always delivered wonderful plants which are very happily received! Will be using them for a long time to come!

The plants I bought were sent as a gift so I have not seen them. I understand that they arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. They are flowering and have been well admired.

The plants were lovely and came quickly. Packaging quite damaged so may be an idea to use more robust boxes.
