Really good products. Help solve my leaking ogee gutters with replacement parts.

The goods arrived on time , but because I was busy refurbishing my bathroom, put them down to one side in the original packaging and forgot about them until I needed them. When I open the goods I found that all 4 pieces I ordered where scratched and marked all the down the 2400mm length, obviously I informed plastic supplies direct, but because I didn’t inform them within 48hrs they weren’t interested in refund or replacement,10 days late that was obviously my fault but that is no excuse for them to supply substandard goods which no one would buy off the shelf, obviously they don’t have any type of quality control , so online buyers beware!! If the goods had been damaged in transit there would have been tell tale signs on the packaging which would have alerted me to look . The packaging was not damaged in any way. It was only when I did unwrap them that the goods that I was disappointed with the scuffing and scratches. It looked to me as if they were wrapped and packaged in that condition!

Ordered several soil pipe fittings, including a strap boss fitting that was advertised as having a nut and bolt fixing. When it arrived, it didn’t include them. I contacted the company and was told I could return the item, but I’d have to pay return postage — despite the incorrect product description being their mistake. After a few emails, they said they were escalating the issue to head office, but I never heard back. Poor customer service and no accountability. Now out of pocket and still need to find the correct fitting elsewhere.

I ordered end caps for my worktop as they had the raw edge. I ordered 600mm by 30mm as that’s the length I needed and when they arrived they were 630mm in length leaving a huge piece of metal sticking out. When I called them to let them know I had got the wrong size and can this be returned and replaced they advised they don’t actually sell 600mm they are 630mm even though they advertise them as 600mm and was then advised I need to saw the end off. Just to also mention there is no mention of having to do this, or that the size isn’t correct or any additional work needs done. Also very unhelpful on the phone and basically told me they couldn’t help me so I’m now left with a raw worktop. I really would shop around and find your items at a different store.

I only ordered a small item to replace a damaged one and they shipped it the same day by Royal Mail 48 tracked. On arrival the item was the wrong type and they shipped a replacement the same day I notified them. If this is the service I got for a small item I'm sure it will be just as good for bigger orders. Brilliant!

Had a problem with my order phoned direct absolute disgraceful way to treat clients guy on phone would not give his name evasive with answers to my questions and totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour would definitely not recommend this company

Found their website really helpful to identify the parts I needed to repair a gutter damaged in the recent high winds. Prices were reasonable and good standard delivery time. Would therefore highly recommend.

Bought the right size of bracket for going onto the drain pipe just not enough length to fix it to the wall my mistake I think but otherwise the right product I ordered
