I was able to speak to a dedicated representative who progressed the payment and contract with seamless efficiency, and was able to position an aircraft and provide a flight brief for a departure within 24 hours. Additionally, they ensured that transport arrangements at both airports, and also an airside pass for me to accompany the passenger, were all taken care of.
Before, during and after the flight, the representative remained in touch with updates, and showed an unprecedented level of compassion and customer service.
