I am waiting for my redemption. I also contacted support, no response, no nothing. So unreliable. It's pending and needs to be approved.

So far it has been a pretty good experience. I have a pending withdrawal from Friday May 1st, 2026. I contacted support to ask about an address verification and I recieved an automated message stating they didnt work on weekends so I waited until Monday and they contacted me promptly at 9 a.m. They said everything looked good but I would have to wait 3 to 5 for it to be processed. So if everything goes through smoothly, they'll be getting five stars! Ill keep you posted:)

This place is a complete scam on April 12th I bought my welcome package and was doing well and was playing coins of Zeus and was bonusing often then I hit another bonus entered into the bonus where 2 Major coins dropped off gate and I was immediately kicked from the game. An if you play on sweeps casinos at all most know that you can instantly log back into the game you was kicked from and finish the bonus round for you winnings to be credited to your account so this is what I tried to do and have tried to do every single day for the past 2 weeks and every time I get an error message saying there was an issue loading your game on April xx, 2026 @ x:xx A.M/P.M. well I contacted support the day this happened 4/12/2026 and received a response saying the appropriate team will review this issue and we will contact you back and I haven't heard a thing since I even contacted them opening new help requests multiple times sending them screenshots of me trying to load into coins of Zeus and now they are clicking my as solved every time with no response whatsoever. If you have played here I strongly urge you to not play here anymore because they are scammers. On there contact us page they say they respond within 24 hours and strongly believe in great customer service but this is clearly not true and I look to do something more serious about this because for all I know this could've been a 2 or 3 thousand dollar win they have screwed me out of.

Five star. Great platform all around. Payout time is 3 to 5 business days, but when you win over a thousand dollars I get why it takes 3 to 5 business days. A ton of games. I would refer anyone.

One of the worst online casino platforms I have ever played! Made a couple deposits and got nothing it was like this, spin through $10 win 10¢ spin through another $10 win 25¢ just awful!!!

Been playing 1UP for a couple months and its quickly entered my weekly (okay daily) routine. The game offering is really cool, some stuff I've never seen and promos have actually been pretty good too. Redemptions haven't been a problem at all which is one of the most important things. Fun experience so far hope they keep it up.

I just want to give this place another bad review because I want people to know how bad it really is. THEY WILL TAKE THEYRE VERY SWEET TIME NOT ONLY TO GIVE YOU YOUR WITHDRAWS BUT TO EVEN RESPOND. This place is an absolute nightmare to work with and they will copy and paste the same thing over and over and over giving no useful information no updates and take several several days to even respond or give you your redemptions. 90% of the positive reviews are due to them giving free SC to write 5 star reviews. This place does not care about you as a customer. No free SC just for being a big spender nothing I do not recommend this place at all.im going to keep this horrible review up until I get my money so let’s see how long it takes. I’ll take it down as soon as I get my money
