I am contacting you regarding a billing issue that has not been resolved.
On March 29, 2026, I purchased 750 Telegram Stars through your platform. The transaction was successful and the stars were delivered on Telegram, but they were not credited to my Playbox account.
It appears that the stars were transferred but not properly linked to my account.
