I am contacting you regarding a billing issue that has not been resolved.

On March 29, 2026, I purchased 750 Telegram Stars through your platform. The transaction was successful and the stars were delivered on Telegram, but they were not credited to my Playbox account.

It appears that the stars were transferred but not properly linked to my account.

Here are my details:

Date: March 29, 2026
Amount: 750 stars

If needed, I can provide screenshots and transaction proof.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Says $9.99 one month. Actual Charge £13. Says 750 stars. Actual amount 300 stars. Rendered videos are terrible consistency. Images are good sometimes but changes the face often. Free wheel spin is skewed to land on 5 or 10 credits almost aalways, even if statistically it should be landing on higher numbers sometimes.

I just go on daily for the free spin and eventually able to make one of my choice. I havent seen any other site do this and Ive looked. Absolutely great

wasn’t going to leave a review, but saw the first review and had to say some thing. I’m about as knowledgeable on anything A.I. related as a new born babe. Learning as I go but the website literally has an option for you to train and create your own templates. Publishing a template, will offer the chance to make literally free money for every time your template is used to generate something. Out of all the sites I’ve tried, haven’t seen one as easy, to not have to spend very much. Your first template generation is also heavily discounted if I remember correctly. Only am speaking up for them because when I did make my first purchase in the past, honestly was surprised support actually answered my issue within 10 minutes of sending an email
