One stop shop for my kids toys
I had a fantastic experience with PlayFaire. The customer service is absolutely amazing - so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Delivery was really fast, which was a lovely surprise, and everything arrived beautifully packaged and well protected.
The toys themselves are truly stunning. You can immediately tell they’re high quality and thoughtfully designed, and the prices are incredible for the level of quality you receive. It’s such a great place to find unique, well-made toys that will last.
I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend PlayFaire to anyone looking for beautiful toys at a great price.

Playfaire saved my Christmas this year
Playfaire saved my Christmas this year! I, unfortunately was scammed by another company and was not going to receive a present that I wanted for my grandson.
I ordered the Connetix from Playfaire, not sure whether it would be delivered by Christmas. I emailed their customer services and told them of my predicament and to ask whether there was any chance that, with only 3 shopping days to go, I would receive it.
They replied very quickly that they would do their best and they most certainly did! The Connetix was delivered 2 days before Christmas and was also a fabulous price.
I am so pleased with not just the present but also their helpfulness at their busiest time of the year. I would highly recommend them and will continue to purchase from them in the future. PLAYFAIRE thank you so much for your help, my sense of relief on receiving this gift, was huge.

Order never arrived
Update: the team did respond to me and refunded the money. The person responding to me was considerate of the situation and did deliver the best customer service they could. We ended up finding something on Facebook marketplace instead. The issue is with the courier who there was no way of getting in touch with.
My order never arrived and therefore my daughter’s Christmas present from both sets of grandparents will not be here for Christmas. I ordered on the 30th November. The parcel was supposedly shipped on 4th December but never arrived. First communication with Play Faire seemed like there would be some action and they promised me a full refund if my order didn’t arrive. However the order didn’t arrive and I have not had any response to subsequent emails requesting a refund. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we are now £100 down with nothing to show for it and that is pretty unacceptable for a retailer. Will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charge. Would avoid if I were you.

I initially felt frustration with PlayFaire however the communication and customer service I have experienced over the last week has completely changed my opinion and I feel like the work the company have put in to save the day really should be highlighted!
The team have gone above and beyond to resolve an issue in time for Christmas, they have been messaging daily this last week to make sure everything was sorted in time, they listened to me with kindness and compassion even through my frustration with the situation.
I’m am truly grateful for them helping to make sure Christmas was special!

I called initially to ask if they did a price match, and the lady on the phone was so friendly and polite, she confirmed they did so whilst I was on the call, I placed my order. She refunded the difference for me which I was very grateful for and my shipping was still free! My item arrived today in perfect condition and I’m just so pleased. This is my second time returning to PlayFaire to make a purchase of Connectix, following the original order I placed for my niece. The first time, I received outstanding customer service, and this most recent experience has been just as impressive.
Every interaction I have had with Jessie has been exceptional. Each time I called, she immediately took ownership of the issue, resolved it without delay and followed up with clear emails and even a call back. This time, there was a delivery issue with DHL, yet again she stepped in straightaway and ensured everything was sorted.
I genuinely cannot praise Jessie highly enough for the standard of service she provides. If I owned a business of this nature, I would not hesitate to try to hire her. She is an absolute asset to PlayFaire and I sincerely hope the owners and directors recognise the value she brings to the company.
She is polite, respectful and has a calm, reassuring manner that instantly puts you at ease. She made it clear that if I encountered any further issues, I could come straight back to her.
