I recently placed an order with PCD for an import to France, and I’ll admit I was a bit anxious about the condition the cards would arrive in after international shipping. What a great surprise.

Every deck arrived perfectly protected, each one inside a clear plastic protective case. This level of care really stood out. Not only does it keep the decks in pristine condition during shipping, but it’s also a very cool bonus for collectors: these cases are usually sold separately in other shops.

Moreover, PCD offers some of the most competitive playing card prices I’ve seen in online stores, with an enormous variety of decks to choose from.

Communication was smooth and professional throughout the process, with a special thanks to Jim for being so helpful.

Used to be a great company to do business with then was sold to some investment company and they are clueless on how to provide customer service. Multiple mistakes, orders cancelled without notice no communication etc, etc, Took my business elsewhere and will no longer buy from this company.

PCD is amazing. They have an amazing selection and unbeatable prices. All of my orders have come super fast. The one time an order of mine had a minor issue they fixed it super fast and let me keep the duplicate deck I got by accident. The rest of my many orders have always come correct. The customer service is always friendly and willing to help. This is my go to store for cards always.

Placed 2 orders with PCD and both orders had mistakes. First order they sent the wrong cards. They corrected by sending the correct decks and let me keep the mistake (Awesome!). Second order I received an unsealed deck that had been shuffled (not awesome). There are other options I might consider the next I buy some cards.

Update: playing card decks issued a refund for the opened deck.
