Playzeez Reviews

The lady in the shop was so helpful and patient, they had a great variety of products and colours and I'd also say the stuff was great quality and fairly priced. The personalisation was done within an hour and looks fab 👌

Easy ordering process, very straightforward.
Immediate response from the team when inquired re delayed arrival of thd backpack (problem was with local shipping agent and not with the shipping by Playzeez.
And most important, our kid loved it.

I have a child with complex medical needs who requires a feeding pump. I searched everywhere for a bag that would allow me to have his pump and all his other items in one place which had access to the feeding controls without removing the entire system. My hospice nurse recommended playzee. Nonglak the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and actually custom made a bag for me and I cannot tell you how much of a game changer it has been for us. I can’t recommend playzee enough. Nonglak is so passionate about what she does and is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. The quality of these bags is like no other and then patterns look so cute. Anyone who needs a bag , you gotta go to playzee!! Thanks Nonglak for everything

So pleased with backpack, great quality and amazingly fast delivery.

I recently bought a jumper with a unicorn embroidered on from the shop in Fairhill Ballymena. The quality is very good, exactly what I wanted and the service was excellent. The other items in the shop looked lovely too, a great range of bags and clothing.

Easy to use web site, fast delivery and a lovely personalised tractor backpack for my granddaughters 2nd birthday

I recently bought a tractor backpack for my 3 year old son when I first seen this business at the Balmoral Show. I was even able to get it personalised. My little boy loves it and takes it everywhere he goes. Excellent quality and fantastic customer service 👏 Will definitely be purchasing again!

All round great service and a fantastic product with added personalisation! Got a personalised digger bag for my little boy and he's been obsessed with it since opening the delivery

We got a lovely personalised bagpack for our Daughter today at the Balmoral Show! Great service and lovely Product 😍

I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Amazing products - fabulous designs and beautifully made. Even better customer service, enquired via their website regarding purchasing an item that’s usually in a bundle. I received a quick response and 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I ordered the dinosaur rucksack for my son to take to nursery. It arrived quickly. The colours are so vivid and the quality is fantastic. It is a great size for him too. Would definitely buy from this website again.

Received my order yesterday and we just love it. From I placed the order to it being dispatched was less than four hours, (I also had it embroidered)!! I couldn't get over how fast it was processed! The quality of the bag is second to none! My daughter just loves her new bag....as do mummy and daddy!! Will definitely be buying again in the future.

Excellent cuatomer service and the quality of the product (bag) is excellent. We already have the girrafe bag and have used it everyday for the last two years, it is still in excellent condition. We have got a new toddler bag for my little one and again the quality and design is excellent. Would highly recommend

Just bought the Lion Backpack, super cute and the personalisation is beautiful. Will be my niece's nursery bag for the next 2 years

Very friendly and helpful staff when dealing with my enquiry. Definitely 5 star experience. Got a response very quickly. My wee boy is very excited to receive his backpack set. Items look very well made.

I have bought before from Nonglak and have been really pleased with the quality. They are so strong and well made so they last really well and look good. I have recently purchased again as they are ideal presents. Children just love them as they are so different and colourful and there is such a variety to pick from. Nonglak is so pleasant to deal with. Can really recommend them.

Excellent service. Beautiful embroidery. John, Nonglak and Rodney went out of their way to get polo shirts and jackets just right. Very fast and efficient. Will definitely use again and will recommend
