Have had a lot of support throughout my experience with PLC, the team kept in touch with me through their WhatsApp channels and helped me out with selecting cars and refunded my deposit after I decided to close my account. Do speak with them if anyone encounters any issues. Working hours will be different but they do reply to your concerns.

A scamm platform providing false information. They request payment for removing personal data from their site. I think this is teir purpose to post data and then request payment to remove them.

Nigerian Review: My Experience with PLC Auction – Deposit Refund Still Outstanding

I opened an account with PLC Auction and paid a $600 bidding deposit so I could participate in their auctions. I ultimately decided not to bid on or purchase any vehicle and requested that my deposit be refunded.

As of the date of this review, I have not received my refund, despite following up with the company. The lack of timely communication and the uncertainty around the refund process have been very disappointing.

My advice to anyone considering using this platform is:

* Read the deposit and refund policy carefully before making any payment.
* Keep records of every payment, email, and chat conversation.
* If you pay a deposit, make sure you understand exactly when and how it will be refunded if you decide not to proceed.
* Be prepared to follow up persistently if your refund is delayed.

I hope PLC Auction resolves my refund promptly. If they do, I will update this review to reflect the outcome. Until then, I believe prospective customers should exercise caution and ensure they fully understand the financial commitment before depositing funds.

W styczniu 2026 kupiłem i w całości opłaciłem przez nich auto (ponad 41 000 USD, zapłacone do 20.01.2026). Podpisana umowa przewiduje dostawę w 3 miesiące od pełnej zapłaty — termin minął 20 kwietnia. Mamy lipiec, auta nadal nie mam.

Fakty z mojej sprawy:
✔️ auto dotarło do Bremerhaven dopiero 25 maja — już po umownym terminie dostawy,
✔️ od tego czasu firma nie przedstawiła ŻADNEGO dokumentu potwierdzającego, co dzieje się z pojazdem (brak CMR, brak MRN, brak dokumentów celnych — mimo wielokrotnych próśb),
✔️ informacje firmy są sprzeczne z moimi własnymi ustaleniami: PLC twierdzi, że auto jest w Rotterdamie, a z tego, co sam ustaliłem, wynika, że cały czas stoi w Niemczech,
✔️ moja prośba o wydanie auta w tranzycie, żebym mógł sam dokonać odprawy, pozostała bez pozytywnej odpowiedzi,
✔️ doszła kolejna faktura za niewyjaśnione "usługi" — poprzednio środki za taką fakturę zostały automatycznie pobrane z mojego depozytu na koncie PLC,
✔️ na Facebooku identyczny schemat opisują inni klienci: wpłacone pieniądze, brak auta. To nie jest odosobniony przypadek.

Zapłaciłem ogromne pieniądze, umowny termin przekroczony o ponad 2,5 miesiąca, a ja nie mam ani auta, ani środków, ani rzetelnej informacji. Sprawa została zgłoszona na policję i do prokuratury.

Jeśli ktoś planuje import przez PLC Auction — bądźcie bardzo ostrożni. Jeśli macie podobne doświadczenia z tą firmą — piszcie w komentarzach lub prywatnie, warto połączyć siły.

I wanted to buy a car from PLC. I paid $104.00 for the inspection of one car. Several days later I found two other cars I liked so I paid an additional $104.00 for each car or a total of 99.00 for each before taxes or a total of $198.00. The report for the first car I ordered came back and it was so mediocre and lacking. So, I cancelled the other 2 reports and have been asking for a refund of the $ 198.00 since February. First they kept telling me to use it to buy a car. I told them I do not want to buy a car. I keep writing and they tell me I have to close the account to get a refund. I cannot close the account because there is an "error" saying that I do not have enough money to close the account. I keep asking for a refund and they keep telling me to close the account. The "error" keeps popping -I tell them but they do not do anything about it. I think they just do not care.

They are scammers! I have asked for a refund since January and every time i'm told they are contacting finance and they will process in 2 - 5 days but this hasn't materialised. The length of refund days keeps changing. I will get my money back. Do not belive any positive reviews on here.

I purchased a healthy 4x4 toyouta Tundra from these people in January 2026, they delivered a 4x2 truck and they damaged the car in several spots that cost me another $1500, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Finaly I received back my deposit, except 250 USD. Before you start business with this company study carefully the business terms.

I had no complaints about the communication. I always received quick answers to my questions.
It is worth considering in advance that the account closing fee is 200 dollars, which for some reason became 250 dollars for me.

These are scammers. Stay Away! Still waiting for my refund of the deposit since November 2025. Whoever is a victim, contact your local Authorities. They need to stop. This is so frustrating.

I swear by God, the company and its staff thieves steal money and do not win a car and nothing stole me $ 9,000 and did not ship shipping the car and you communicate with them without no avail if there is no office for them only. I wish I could give zero stars, but Trustpilot forces one. PLC Auctions (plc.auction, run by UAB PLC Group in Lithuania) is nothing short of a predatory scam disguised as an international car auction platform.I bought a 2007 Opel Combo advertised as petrol-powered. What arrived? A completely different LPG (liquefied gas) vehicle – utterly useless in Luxembourg where LPG stations are rare to non-existent. Hidden defects poured out after delivery: faulty electronics, CAN bus failures, and more that cost me hundreds in diagnostics and repairs.Their response? Radio silence, then outright denial. No refund, no apology – just excuses and ghosting. I had to fight tooth and nail through Lithuania's VVTAT consumer authority, which ruled entirely in my favor: full refund plus vehicle retrieval at their expense.Even then, PLC dragged their feet, forcing bailiff enforcement. Following up to the response from PLC Auction, It should be pointed out that the vehicle purchased was mis-represented. Additionally it was recommended by one of their staff.
At no time was a solution offered. It took one year through consumer courts for the case to come to conclusion. Even then, ultimately bailiffs were required to recover the funds.
At no point during this experience can I recommend PLC Auctions.

Regrettably, my experience with both companies has been exceedingly frustrating and disappointing. I have faced significant difficulties in obtaining a refund that has been withheld for over three months. During this time, I was charged $222 from an initial security deposit amount of $1,000, which was both distressing.

Furthermore, I found the communication from both parties to be unsatisfactory. Lunu Pay has consistently failed to respond to any of my messages, leaving me without any support or updates. Similarly, PLC Auctions Group has provided misleading information on multiple occasions, which has only compounded my difficulties.

Given these experiences, I strongly advise caution when dealing with PLC Auctions Group and Lunu Pay. If you value your peace of mind and efficient service, I recommend considering alternative providers, as my ordeal has caused considerable inconvenience and stress.

Most of the positive reviews here appear to be fake – likely generated by bots that assumed this was a site for industrial PLC components, not car sales. It’s worth reading the Terms of Service carefully, as they are extremely unfavorable to buyers.
Closing an account costs me $200, and getting a deposit refund can take up to a months.
The auction mechanism only determines a preliminary winner – the real negotiation apparently continues even after the auction ends.
Fortunately, I didn’t proceed with the delivery of my “won” vehicle, because based on other reviews, that would likely have turned into a nightmare.
Beware of psychological pressure tactics suggesting sunk costs and high penalties for withdrawal, while based on many testimonies, the actual delivery of a paid car is far from guaranteed. Page is also connected with checkcar.vin for useless VIN report + hidden subscription! That didn't give me any more confidence.

Słabe informowanie iż depozyt nie jest zwrotny w 100%. Brak cennika publicznego, utrudniony zwrot depozytu. Dodatkowo oferty z zagranicy szczególnie licytacyjne są gorsze niż bezpośrednio z rynku polskiego i bez ryzyka. Generalnie nie polecam, aczkolwiek może to moje błędne podejście do tego typu firm i aukcji. Ja byłem bardzo rozczarowany i straciłem 1000 zł na próbie zakupu w miarę rynkowej cenie samochodu, co mi się nie udało.
