Kitchen Dwellers ATX VIP

I'm sure some of it is the preference of the artist, but the VIP was super chill. I've done others that were overly regimented, but this one kept it simple. KD are great and doing the songs from the floor instead of the stage was cool.

Recommend this Band is so very good in person!

Bought the tickets to give my husband and I some relief from the boring winter. He had not remembered having listened to The Lone Bellow on my play list and was a bit reluctant about going. Not only did we both have a great time but found this band to be fabulous musicians and vocalist….actually better in person LIVE than in the studio.

Great if you’re not disabled?

Communication initially was great, but logistics on the date not so much. I also had accessibility and needed to collect this from the box office, but this didn’t open until after VIP? I ended up caught in the VIP crowd being given mixed signals from staff at the back to push forward, but staff at the front scalding for this. As a disabled person, this crush followed by a closely packed run of a crowd was incredibly dangerous. The lack of consideration towards disabled people also having VIP is disappointing and is a disaster waiting to happen.

Enhance VIP Party for all who purchased those tickets

Scheduling optimum time for preschoolers is hard. Working around naps, meals, parents work hours, etc. short of all events happening on Saturdays or Sundays would be best. Starting at 4 Pm with VIP party, and show beginning at 5PM. SKIP intermission in show.
The VIP party was nice but could have had better snacks put together in individual box lunches for every ticket holder. Provide more room so participants could sit and do crafts. Gabby should have stayed the entire time at party. I think more memorable items could have been included in the tote bag for the price paid.

Best Experience Ever!

The Sound Check Experience was so much more personable and intimate then I could ever imagine. Getting in early and shopping merch early were actually the least of the highlights and they were great (especially being right behind one person at the barricade). I will always purchase this when able to at future events. Thanks for an unforgettable night!

From the check-in until the end of the…

From the check-in until the end of the show, everything was great. VIP staff and venue staff very accommodating and band was gracious with their presence-show time to the VIP audience. Just a great evening of music and camaraderie with fellow fans of Shane Smith and the Saints

The show and VIP was absolutely great!

The show and VIP was absolutely great!! I am going to do it again and again! Shane Smith and The Saints is a great band, even better in person and with this experience! That night was something special and will be talked about for a very long time. I have been to a LOT of concerts and this was at the top of the list if not the TOP

I bought a VIP merchandise ticket

I bought a VIP merchandise ticket. I was told that I would receive an email within 72 hours following the concert allowing me to redeem the promised merchandise. It is now 144 hours post concert and I have not received any information on how to redeem my merchandise. I am extremely disappointed in this process.

We had a fantastic time

We had a fantastic time! These guys really made us feel comfortable and made my mom’s night extremely special!
Super nice guys and I feel lucky that they made time for us!
Still haven’t been able to get our photos from the meet and greet though and was wondering how to get them?

Revolution Hall -Shame

My experience was horrible since
I couldn't attend due to surgery but never could get anyone from this venue to contact me in any way possible. Not only did we not get to attend something. We had looked forward to, but we lost hundreds of dollars, which wasn't necessary.This venue could have given us a voucher to use at another time, but they never took the time to contact us

NO VIP package for Melissa Etheridge

VIP package for Melissa Etheridge August 27 2025. Multiple emails back and fortb. Merch in production. Merch stuck in customs. Merchandise in production. Merch just arrived. I am being sent to front of cue... That order, on repeat. I was accused of lying about emails...sent copies, was ignored. Do not expect fulfillment of merch. This is a huge scam and Ticketmaster should stop doing business with these shady liars.

The delays you have experienced were due to repeated production and customs issues that impacted multiple shipments, not just yours. While these explanations do not undo the inconvenience you’ve experienced, I want to assure you that this was not a scam, nor an attempt to mislead you. We work closely with artists and partners, including Melissa Etheridge’s team, to fulfill VIP packages as promised, and we regret that this process did not meet your expectations.

I also want to be very clear that we do not believe you were dishonest at any point. Our team member asked for additional information so they can look into your inquiry. We appreciate you providing copies of the email correspondence—your concerns and documentation were noted, and I’m sorry if it felt like they were ignored. That was never our intention.

As one of our team members mentioned in their response to you yesterday, your shipment has been prioritized, and we are working to get it out asap. You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your shipment is on its way to you.

Unprofessional Crooks

The venue staff was not present for VIP check in. And another venue staff gentlemen managing check in for another VIP package (the only staff present) said I did not have the right ticket for VIP benefits. Even after I showed the email he said the email was wrong. When I relayed this to Please and Thank You staff. They deferred back to the venue, who shared no sympathy at all for their staff's incompetence and denied it even happened. Resulting in me not receiving a full refund for the $300 I spent on my VIP benefits that I was denied. I have asked to speak with their supervisor three times, and each time they have not responded at all, or just reiterated their decision. The rep's name was Jordan. Severely unprofessional to just ignore when a customer asked to speak with a supervisor.
I will also add they did not tell me they had deferred to management, the only reason I found that out was when I followed up about seven business days later.
