Initially received excellent service and communications. The service is just what I need. A recent issue with the voicemail password was resolved after a short delay and everything is working again.

Plexatalk are professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommended!

W recently moved our number over to Plexatalk. Nice seamless transfer, great communication during porting process and phone works great!

I signed up on the 24th March, completed the porting application the same day. Direct Debit was taken on 30th March. Today, 26th April, I still have no VOIP service, no ported number and no response to my email.

Money was taken, no service was provided, and no communication has been made with me. Now attempting to recover the money.

Great customer service. Grandstream cheaper and more quickly delivered than Amazon AND comers preinstalled. Just plug it in and away you go!

Would rate 6 stars if it was an option. Daniel at plexatalk has helped massively (and patiently), whilst we did troubleshooting on a troublesome VOIP setup, involving sky hardware. Absolutely fantastic job :)

Excellent product Analogue to voice IP box works a treat over Starlink mesh of two routers. Support email really quick response within an hour 👍. Support wasn’t needed in the end as i had accidentally pulled a cable out!

Transferred number to Plexatalk and all working great, Dan was very helpful every step of the way, would 100% recommend to anyone!

I just switched from NowTV to Plexatalk due to impending demise copper network and wanted to keep my number. Porting was seemless
Getting adapter to to register was troublesome but the support provided was second to none. Daniel Vaughan always responded promptly and persevered to get the system running smoothly.

I've been with Plexatalk for a few months (switched from Plusnet after they stopped handling voice calls). Transition to Plexatalk was simple, and the service seems to work well. I bought one of their VOIP adaptors, which was easy to connect to the Plusnet Router. Instructions with the VOIP adaptor were minimal but that didn't worry me- it was 'plug and play'.
All good so far!

Daniel was very helpful and reassuringly knowledgeable of all related issues. He went above and beyond normal customer service in order to reinstate a valued telephone number for us. Everything took place exactly as he outlined at the outset. The equipment delivery arrived before switch on day and worked perfectly from day one 👍🏻

Used Plexa for years on various projects. He recently set my company up with new phones, went the extra mile and had no issues with them so far. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
