I emailed and i wrote to your company for months
Please help! It’s a lot of money and I want my order or refund me.

This company has to be a scam, not only do they have poor communication but they always delay your order. The website says 5-7 business days, more like 1 month if your lucky!! Then when they come in something has to of course be broken and guess what your SOL. Even if you send them a picture they won't do anything about it, and put the responsibility on the courier even tho it's clear they put it in broken or not properly because only 1 out of 3-4 plinths are broken.

They also never reply timely or give you a run around!! NEVER ORDER PLINTH NEW YORK!! Save yourself the headache and stress and just get it from literally anyone else. I highly doubt all of the other reviews are genuine, probably a few fake ones. I can't stand company's who treat customers like garbage, take there money and never provide good care.

Ordered from Plinthy twice and have been impressed by their range and also their excellent service. The second time I ordered I needed a plinth urgently for a shoot and got in touch to enquire to see if they could meet my deadline and they were so quick to respond and got what I needed over a day ahead of my shoot. Such a great brand and overall excellent quality plinths.

On November 27th 2024 I ordered 19 plinths from Plinthy (in different shapes/sizes) and it took a month for the package to arrive, I wasn't originally given a tracking number and I made it clear (after a couple of weeks of waiting) that I required tracking details, especially because it was getting close to Christmas and I was going away.

When I finally received the tracking number it was invalid! I was given several excuses, but thankfully my package had finally arrived over a month later.

BUT, once I unboxed it I realised that 3 blocks were faulty (bowed and uneven) and one was missing! I instantly sent them video proof and requested new plinths to be sent to me. They didn't respond for 10 days and then finally got back to me and said they would get the replacements made, I asked them to keep me updated and they told me they'd let me know once the blocks have been manufactured, but they didn't.

Since then, I've been told that the package was going to be posted to me on January 15th 2025 and I'm still waiting and it's now February 17th! I requested a tracking number several times and still haven't received one, they're reading my emails but not responding. I even told them if they couldn't replace the plinths to at least refund me but they're not responding and it's been over 2 weeks since I last heard from them. I would at least expect communication and a tracking number! I have ordered from other companies and always received tracking and clear communication. I don't know what to do at this point, it's been a very frustrating experience.

Also, the blocks in general weren't great quality and you can see paint streaks and texture on every block. I'll never order from Plinthy again.

Followed this company for a while on social media and finally took the plunge to place my order, and I am SO GLAD I did.

Incredibly high quality products with a lovely finish to them. Customer service was amazing with fast response times. They shipped really securely and densely packed. Easy to use website with full detail about all the products.

Over the moon with my order and will absolutely order again from Plinthy!
