Plug In Station were very good in arranging my installation and advising me on how to get grants for my installation. The appointment for installation was quick and executed perfectly. I will strongly recommend them.

My experience with Plug‑in Stations has been disappointing and far below what was promised during the sales process. The initial sales pitch was very good and gave the impression of a smooth, well‑organised installation, but once I had committed, the reality was quite the opposite.
Communication throughout was extremely poor. I received a brief email confirming an installation date, but after that, there was no follow‑up at all. I repeatedly had to chase them to get basic information, including confirmation of the anytime arrival window. Even then, the engineer did not arrive within the agreed time slot, and once again, I was left having to follow up myself to find out what was happening. This level of communication was frustrating and entirely avoidable.
While the engineer who eventually attended was technically capable, the overall professionalism was lacking. The job was not left in a tidy condition, and all the packaging and rubbish were left behind for me to clear away. Small details like this matter and contribute significantly to the overall customer experience.
In the end, this made me question why I hadn’t gone with an energy supplier or a more established installer instead. Given the premium positioning of Plug‑in Stations, I expected a far more organised, communicative, and professional service. Unfortunately, the gap between the sales promises and the actual delivery was significant, and I wouldn’t choose them again based on this experience.

After a much more frustrating experience with a different company, Plug In Stations were quick to book installation. Everything went smoothly on the day. The installation is neat and tidy. They helped with getting the charger connected to app and running properly. No problems with any part of the process.

Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Turned up an hour and a half early despite confirming the appointment themselves the previous day as I was in work and wanted to be there. Spent 20 minutes doing very little. Then called to say they couldn’t help with the repair. I then called them - phone not answered- then my wife called from her phone and it was answered immediately. All ‘work’ captured on CCTV. Not impressed. Please be cautious. We have a Tesla charger and despite reassuring us at the time of making appointment obviously lacked the competence and experience with a straightforward situation. I am sure they mean well but obviously lack the experience and professionalism. £140 is a lot to pay for 20 minutes when they knew they couldn’t do the job - ie a Tesla charger is a sealed unit they cannot access. They knew the nature of the issue and brand before they attended. Also if when a customer calls to complain you need to advise them at the beginning of the call that it’s being recorded not at the end when you are running out of answers.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone tradesmen who attended walked through the project with me he seemed exceptionally knowledgeable and answered every question I wanted. We agreed where the charger would go all fitted as agreed. Haven’t actually used yet as waiting for my car to be delivered in two days, but I’m sure it will be fine.

Punctual installer. Liam was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Very helpful with explaining the app and it's functionality. Everything completed in a short time and exactly where it was required.

I was researching home EV charging solutions and contacted Plugin-station. After reviewing a number of options I chose plugin-station based on price, installation availability and the team’s communication. The installation was smooth, the installer offered me a choice of routing options, was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The installation is very neat and tidy and exactly where I wanted it. It’s a big thankyou to the team. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Filled out the enquiry form, contact made within 24hrs. Charger was cheaper than most other companies. Instillation was booked for 10 days later, where most other companies stated 4-6 weeks. The engineer had good communication on the day, arrived on time and our new charger was fitted quickly and with minimal interference. Overall I would throughly recommend

Steve Trevelyan came today and went above and beyond sorting out with ohme about having an 8 meter upgrade. His positive energy and banter is infectious and made the job look simple .A true asset to your company
