I love every bit of the experience. Thank you for creating a space like this.

It is an amazing experience. I highly recommend Gretha

Incredible experience with Greta! Her energy, the music, the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the cold bath. Highly recommended

🔥🔥🔥🦍🦍 great experience fun community

Elsker plug-in kan ikke få nok

Fantastisk oplevelse i plugin. Fed stemning super- Nice gusmester. Superskønne omgivelser.. Ti stjerner herfra

A great experience - an atmospheric blend of intense heat and carefeully choreographed music and smells. It always leaves me ready to take on the world!

Overdraget fedt community og mega sundhedsfremmende og bevidst skæbne miljø og selfcare aktiviteter ♡

Such a good experience!! People are so welcoming!

Claes is the best 🔥🐦‍🔥

Great space. I am new to this saunagus and cold plunge thing. I loved it from the first time. The sauna is spacious even with a full class of 45 people. The Gusmester I have experienced is very good at creating a safe space to let go and check in with yourself. No awkwardness and good guiding through it all. There is a toilet possibility which is a plus in my book since I always experience the need to empty the bladder after the first session when the nervous system has been calmed. I haven’t tried the “High” classes which should be a bit more upbeat. Definitely recommend!

Perfekt gus

Amazing experience both for the deep and energetic sessions, 100% recommend

Great experience - the deep session had amazing music and a really good instructor. The instructor also shared good advice for the cold plunge, so that actually got easier in just one session. Really loved it!

An awesome first experience. Very intense but empowering.

Wonderful calming experience. Perfect balance of aromas, heat, fabulous music and instruction by James. Nothing we would have changed.

Amazing vibe, amazing experience! Really good sessions and all the special events are just amazing
