They sell fake products, refuse to refund and I have an ongoing case with them in consumer rights please do not purchase and file a case against them too! They will ask you to get a proof from the boutiques for their items which they dont.

Got scammed on a Dior jacket that turned out to be a complete fake.

if there was negative stars i would put it. worst experience of an online shop ive ever seen. poor service, lies. if i bought stuff from a sketchy chinese shop it would have better service. i do not know how they have customers

Scam. No product, no refund, no response.

Absolutely ridiculous. All of their times are unauthentic and they are scamming people!!! After they’ve taken your money, you can forget about a refund no matter what! They’ll act like they’re cooperative but will suddenly ghost you and not respond to anything. There are absolute fraudsters and it’s disgusting. They’re selling cheap fake times for a similar price as the originals and calling it “100% authentic” I felt like it was my responsibility to put this out here so that people can hopefully read it before they purchase from them because I got scammed for more than $1800 and they are not even replying anymore. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE!!!!

Scam account and they refused to reply … I tried to contact them from different number for new they reply for old order they ignor and no returned as they said …

SCAM BUSINESS! Ordered online, confirmed on what’s app they check authenticity of product and delivery would be within 2 days as required. They confirmed then I ordered. They stopped replying, said it’s out for delivery multiple days but refuse to give proof or tracking number, I confirmed with the courier company they say they use that nothing has been collected or due for delivery. They have blocked my instagram, phone, and what’s app.

I have formed complaints to shopify and Dubai DED, and have a file in now to get the names of the owner/manager listed on the company number which will be posted here shortly for anyone else wanting to file cases with Dubai police.

Guys it’s scam!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered from them in good faith that the items are authentic. They’re not. I received fake shoes and I have contacted them, they’re trying to dispute that they’re fake when I have several pairs of authentic designer shoes and can tell the offence from the box, let alone the shoes themselves! They’re refusing to provide invoices of where they bought the shoes from as they’re doing “their own investigation”

I’ve contacted the Dubai Police and will also be going to Loro Piana to get them to confirm they are counterfeit. The only reason I ordered from here was that they were out of stock on Loro. The packaging, dust bag (just one) and quality of shoe is appealing.

Avoid at all costs! In hindsight they have 25k followers but no comments on any pictures. They’ve scammers.

They continuously lied about my package being given to aramex and aramex confirmed that the package was not given to them. After going back and forth with them, I asked for a refund. They claimed to have refunded me on the 8th of October 2025, however they refused to send me proof of refund, I got an email from them saying that my order was cancelled without a refund, and they kept telling me to wait 7-14 days and when I did you can guess that I still didn’t get my refund. I have filed a case with consumer protection in the UAE to get my money back and when they contacted them, the consumers protection agency told me himself that they never refunded me and that my refund was issued on the 27th October 2025 only when they contacted them. Then gladly with the help of them I received my refund. I will never deal with them again.
