I don't normally write reviews and I wouldn't have come across this company had it not been for Scottish Power who as a company are a bloody nightmare.
However right from the beginning the plugmein folk have been amazing. Martyn who fitted the ev point was tremendous, explaining everything professionally while being a general good guy. Suzanne who booked the slot and coordinated things made me feel good about myself as a human, I never expected that and probably shows how seldom companies get the caring for customer bit right. Already my car is charging perfectly and I'm ready grateful. Thank you

Communication before the day was good. On the day Arshad was professional, polite and talked me through everything he was doing. He showed me the app and checked I understood everything. Phillip joined him to assist and check things.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Chris was our installer and arrived on time, was extremely professional, and completed the EV charging port installation to a very high standard. Home charger
Fantastic service again. My charger was occasionally tripping when charging during the night so i got in touch with Plugmein to see if someone could come out and have a look. I asked for Arshad as he was fantastic when he installed my charger a year ago and had the same experience again today, extremely friendly and helpful and managed to find an issue with the RCD which was causing it to trip. It was very nice to see him again.
Also a big thank you to the lady I spoken to on the phone when I first reported the issue. She was also extremely friendly and helpful, I think her name was Suzanne.

Arshad was brilliant, so professional kept me updated every step of the job was clean and thorough and I'm very happy with my charger.
Suzanne and Ed helped us also were able to assist with the installation of the charger in the office too.
