Thoroughly professional and easy to talk to.
PLUMBCO contacted us a month in advance of the date for the service and we're very flexible with dates and time. Overall we're very pleased with them and glad we changed from our previous provider.

I had an engineer to come out and repair my faulty boiler in which they attended promptly ( but I had to wait all day as they couldn’t tell me if it was morning or afternoon even upto 3:30pm they couldn’t tell me when they were turning up )and diagnosed the fault in which they had to order parts for. The communication from then on was poor. I had short notice to when they could attend after phoning a few times. Again they couldn’t tell me if it was morning or afternoon appointment, when the engineer turned up he said he has never worked on a vaillant boiler before and started to disconnect the filling loop live as he thought it was something else and shouted out for help as water was going everywhere so I had to quickly turn the water off. After mopping up the floor he finished replacing the parts and said it was all working and left, I went up to investigate and the filling loop he broke was left in. I took photos and immediately sent to the office which they so say didn’t see and after a week of phoning and resending the photos they got back to me and then had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to turn up which was a different engineer and again said he has never worked on a vaillant boiler and had to phone the manager to come out to attend. I asked the manager who attended would you leave a job like how the first engineer left it and his response was was it like that before regardless if it was like it before or not ( which it wasn’t) it should not have been left like it and after he said it’s an old boiler anyway. The boiler packed up 2 weeks after all that work so had to get a new boiler which I never got them to quote after that experience

Plumbco have been servicing our boilers for a number of years, we bought a house in Malmesbury and booked them in to change the hob, check the gas fire and service the boiler, they arrived on the agreed date, the boiler had serious problems and needed replacing, as we were moving on the following Wednesday they went out of their way and replaced the boiler next day, absolutely brilliant service 😊and much cheaper than our local heating engineers😊 Thank you to Plumbco and staff😊
