I had an excellent experience with Plumberoo Ltd for the annual service of my unvented hot water cylinder in London.

The whole team were professional, responsive and reliable. Special thanks to the engineer Tom, who was very thorough, clear and patient in explaining every step of the inspection and service. He made sure everything was functioning correctly and left everything neat and tidy.

The service was efficient, detailed, and I felt confident in the quality of the work. I highly recommend Plumberoo Ltd and would be happy to use them again in the future!

I received excellent service. Engineer was knowledgeable and efficient with a prompt response time. He also followed up with further information.

Quick responses to emails booking in. Service on the day was slow and therefore extremely expensive as they charge by the hour - it took 3.5 hours to replace a heated towel rail. Plumber was nice and polite but slow and wasted time for example, draining the old towel rail out of the window in the communal hallway instead of in the bath directly next to the towel rail?! Wouldn’t use again based on the cost and refusal to quote for a job instead of an hourly rate.

Beware these guys overcharge a lot. They quote £120/hour but charge 35% markup on parts bought and then and extra 20% VAT on top of the total. They dont tell you the cost in person but send you an invoice afterwards. Staff get defensive when you question charges. They even tried to charge for time when I let the engineer use my toilet. No call or message before engineer arrived at property as a text message was sent an hour into the job. I am pretty sure most of their online reviews are fake

The teams communication from the start was great. Sharing when they were coming to help and were upfront with what they found when they were in the property. They went the extra mile to help investigate the (very) hard to find leak. Really appreciate your professionalism & expertise, not sure many teams would have gone that far to help - thank you Plumberoo

Efficient, friendly, great communication, flexible, competent. Plumberoo Steve completely understood the requirement from the start. I was helping my daughter in London with her rental property; Plumberoo were very understanding on access and timing for the job. They even tried to come in early due to the cancellation of another job. I will definitely use these guys again in SW London. Thank you.

Tom and Mitch were punctual, polite and professional. Tom, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and the heating issue was resolved without any complications.

We had a long-standing issue with some non-functioning radiators. Major headache, the sort of issue you just want to wish away. But it needed addressing, and Plumberoo sorted it. Professional, decent value, and genuine pride in what they do. They were so chuffed when they identified where the issue was; then fixed it and did a fantastic job in making things good. So pleased we got it done, and delighted with Plumberoo’s work. Not cheap; but you get what you pay for. These guys are pros.

We are very impressed by the service we received from Plumberoo. We had a complicated repair needed for the WC in our main bathroom. It was not an easy job, but the repair was completed swiftly and efficiently by a pleasant hard-working operative. I highly recommend Plumberoo.

Finally, a reliable, efficient tradesperson! I used Plumberoo for the first time and was very impressed with all the contact I had, Stuart came out and was really diligent in sorting out my heating problem. And overall I felt the price was reasonable, I didn’t feel ripped off! I will definitely be using them every time for my plumbing problems. I can’t recommend enough!!

The company was recommended by a neighbour and I was happy I went with them. I needed the work done quickly due to my own schedule and they were ultimately able to attend the next working day. I needed the waste pipe on my bath changed, a new bath panel installed and the kitchen tap replaced. The bath panel took longer than expected (my own fault for not checking the dimensions) but the engineer worked hard to ensure that the job could be completed and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

I received excellent and prompt repairs on leaking bath taps and shower and a blocked kitchen sink. Ben was very personable and reassuring. He sorted out the problems quickly and efficiently and I’m very happy with his service. I’d definitely use Plumberoo again and would thoroughly recommend them.

I booked this company to investigate low water pressure and no cold water in one of the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the service was completely unsatisfactory. The engineer confirmed the issue but failed to find or fix the cause. It took two visits and the job was left incomplete with a £1000 bill.

To make matters worse, he damaged my ceiling access panel while trying to open it with a screwdriver and then refused to leave when asked to as it was clear that he was only wasting time — behaviour that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was left with no solution, property damage, and wasted time. I would not recommend this company until they take responsibility for poor workmanship and lack of respect for clients’ homes.
